Managing Shipments

The European Union has introduced new customs requirements for shipments entering the EU from non-EU countries.

What's changing?

The €150 customs duty exemption has been removed.

Eligible personal shipments valued at €150 or less may now incur a €3 customs duty per customs declaration line.

Business (VAT-registered) imports will continue to be assessed under normal customs procedures and applicable duty rates.

Additional product information may now be required to comply with the new customs regulations.
