For international forwarding orders, we're not able to accept customer-provided courier labels, or to arrange your own courier collections. We understand some customers have their own courier accounts, but external labels can't be used for international shipments.
Why We Generate the Label
When you ship internationally with forward2me, our system automatically generates the documentation your shipment needs:
- Commercial invoices
- Customs documentation
- Electronic export data
Using an external label breaks the connection between the shipment, its customs documentation, and the export records. That can lead to delays, customs issues, seizure, or the shipment being returned.
If you provide your own international shipping label, our warehouse won't be able to process the outbound shipment, which may delay or cancel your shipment request.
Return to Sender Labels
If you've requested our Return to Sender service, we can accept a returns label the retailer provided. This is an exception tied to that specific service, and it's handled at the customer's own risk.
