Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
A bit disappointed with the service. They forgot to scan a part of my order (Was 3 parts total) in my account which I only realized after I received it in my country of residence. Had to email them and ask them about it. Their response was prompt and my parcel was found and scanned but I had to ship it again hence doubling the shipping costs, something I would have avoided if my order was scanned as a whole and shipped once altogether.

I'm sorry to hear that you are a little disappointed with the service however I see that we did receive an order in three parts from one supplier however these packages were all booked into the account within a few minutes and included in the same shipment.
I do see however that you had a second order from a different retailer and this arrived with us the following day.
I always recommend to customers that they check the contents of their packages carefully before going ahead with shipping, we do tend to find that retailers can send order in separate parcels, sometimes because they are shipping them from different storage facilities. When this happens even if they are shipped on the same day they can be split up in transit to us or even delivered on a different van. Some couriers deliver to us multiple times per day.

The transaction was seamless and customer service was on point! I had a small technical issue on my account which was resolved within 24hrs thanks to their great customer service on WhatsApp. My package was repacked by Shaun who did a very good job. Nothing was damaged and it came quicker than expected. Will definitely use service again!

Unfortunately due to Brexit our packages now go through customs and taxed with VAT that includes the shipping price also. I didn’t receive mine yet for a week now. Usually delivery was two days with DHL. I am using your services for many years and this is was the last time probably because it makes no sense to forward it with 3rd party. I will try the German storage but when i use it last time who is not the same like UK. Prices and customer service Thank you for your bussines.

We do understand that procedures for exporting from the UK and importing to the UK have changed since 1st January 2021, due to a deal being made very late in the day information is yet unclear and everyone including the couriers have faced delays dealing with shipments going from the UK to EU countries.
We are hoping in coming weeks the situation will become clearer and we have currently a partner in Germany that can deal with shipments within the EU. Within the next month or so we will be opening two new facilities of our own within the EU which will be available to our customers to receive parcels within the EU. Pricing will be competitive and full customer service support will be provided as in the UK.
We hope you will consider using these addresses when available if the UK to EU shipments aren't working for you. We value your business and hope you will continue to work with forward2me.

I've had two different shipments forwarded to me in the US from the UK. Each time the service was flawless and quick.
Last month I ordered something on a Monday, F2M repacked it and had it delivered to me in the US on Friday afternoon!

Great service if you want to shop in the UK and the store you bought from does not offer the shipment to your Country.
30 days of free storage are very nice so I can make multiple purchases and then ship them together saving on shipment costs.
I often use "combine & repack" option, and all the parcels have been prepared with great care (thanks to Charlie and Graham who have assembled my packages lately ;) )

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of using our service. The cost of shipping does include the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storage of your parcel until you ship, preparation of the goods for shipping and all export paperwork required for customs clearance.
We offer a service rather than sell a product, many retailers who sell their own products offer shipping at a very low rate as they cover their costs on the sale of the product and often sell shipping at cost or even a loss in some cases. I'm afraid we are not in a position to offer these rates as we are not offering a like for like service.
I have also noticed that your shipment includes some items which are classed as dangerous goods. When shipping these type of products due to additional paperwork being required and security checks, the courier adds a surcharge on top of the usual shipping fee. This fee is simply passed on to the customer, we do not add any kind of margin although these kind of shipments also take more time to prepare and label for shipping.
I hope this helps explain what is included in the fee paid to foward2me and the reason why your costs may have been a little higher than usual on this occasion. If you wish to check if any goods you are looking to purchase are classed as dangerous goods going forward please feel free to contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to advise you of any restrictions or extra charges that would be applied for shipping.

Great service. Definitely more expensive than what I thought. Would recommend if absolutely necessary but definitely costly. The box also came in squashed. If it was shipped in a plastic bag mailer vs. the box could have shipped at a cheaper rate & avoid that problem.
I am very pleased with forward2me, as the service I received was very professional. All my staff arrived very fast, very well packed and communication with customer service has been very good. Furthermore, they checked my items upon arrival and identified a faulty item and arranged the return and replacement for me. Overall a very happy customer
I totally trust this abroad shipping service!! They are prompt and always keep you in communication about when and where your package is through out the delivery process!!
