Customer service was excellent as usual however unlike previous occasions I was not able to choose which shipping company I wanted. The service from the shipper chosen was very poor and a little expensive. Hope I'm able a to choose who I want to ship with in the future

Forward2me is an awesome and much needed company! They offered exactly what the public needs, an ability to ship items from other countries that do not offer shipping to the USA. Forward2me offers a whole array of options to safely transport what I order overseas, regardless of the weight or size of the item. There are many Japanese people around us who use forward2me, and it is very useful especially for purchasing EU-only products.
Also, the operators are very kind, and even if you are not good at English, you can get a satisfactory answer with translation software.
I will continue to use forward2me as it is very convenient!

For whatever reason, they had to repackage the item. This took several days. Then when it was ready to ship, it cost an additional $85 to ship. I don’t think I’ve paid that much for shipping ever. The cost to ship to them from Europe (Poland) was only about $35. Huh??? Either they are massively profiting off shipping costs or there’s something really off about the rates they are getting.

Shipping out a T-shirt and a hand towel (small & light), cost me 7,196 Yen (A$78).
I would only recommend it for something urgent or vital.

The time that is stated from your account when you request combine and repack shows up to 48 hours or 2 business days for completion. This is the maximum time frame we need to complete a repack request especially during our peak business times. However our UK team are currently completing most repack requests within 24 hours. All repack requests should not take any longer than 48 hours.

The pictures of the packages as they arrived at Forwardtome helped make sure everything was there. Later in the process, Forwardtome knew exactly what was in each package. This made it extremely easy to finish filling in the details. The only issue I had was with the shipping estimate. It showed the shipping, repacking fee, and a massive forwardtome handling charge. Luckily the handling charge never reappeared and everything whent smoothly.

I used Forward2Me to purchase a golf bag not available in the United States. They were very quick with processing the item when they received it, and sent it out to me the next day. It was a little expensive, but the service was high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy something you are unable to get in your home country.

Excellent customer support and got my delivery in a reasonable time frame. I was regularly notified on repacking. Importing is an expensive affair, so, it was good to have a service like forward2me handling it. They did make a mistake of mentioning me as a company instead of an individual which caused me some trouble with the customs. No other issues other than that.

F2M recommended my package should be repacked because the original box was not very strong. I hesitated but confirmed. When the package was arrived I was so pleased. Their new external packing was very strong and secure. Inside the original packing was indeed very weak and not suitable for international shipping. This is caring for their customer and I say thank you.

Had 8 items repackaged too save money on shipping to the USA. It saved me a lot of money and arrived in great condition and time. If want too save money then let multiple purchases build up so you can add together. The 30 Days allowed for holding of items before Shipping helps with this

I didn't know Forward2me usually doesn't ship to UK mainland. Was caught by surprise a bit. It was not very clear to me by just browsing their website. Otherwise all good as usual.
