Great first experience. The process was easy to set up and everything went exactly as it should. Notifications of parcel progress were received promptly. This is a top class company. The website is fairly intuitive with lots of backup should you make a mistake.There are a lot of delivery options so you can choose what’s best for you.I would strongly recommend that you use the available trial run before your package leaves the retailer as it will give you the confidence to navigate the process to completion when they email you to say your package has arrived.

It's very nice that they ship anywhere. It was a little confusing figuring out the package and stuff, but it came without damaging the product (I bought Mine Turtle from the kickstarter). I would've given a 5-star review if they were either less expensive or if they showed their price for shipping upfront, cuz I was overwhelmed that it was twice the original product's price.

Very good experience. It was the first time I had been through this kind of service and I was a little worried but it went very well. The only negative point is that I purposely sent the invoice of my package so that they knew what was inside and they still decided to open it anyway to check. This delayed the shipment of my package. But nothing very long.

All in all it was a good experience having Forward2me send me the wallpaper I ordered. However, the wallpaper arrived at their facility on November 26, 2024, and they didn’t forward it until December 18th.

Once re packaged, the cost tripled! There was no estimate of the cost of shipping prior to choosing the option of repackaging and you can't undo it!

I used the service twice and was deeply disappointed by the outrageous pricing. The experience was frustrating, the service was also very bad, and the cost was simply unreasonable. I definitely won’t order from them again.

When we calculate the volumetric weight, which takes into account both the size and weight of the package, it comes out to 5.79 kg.
Volumetric weight is used by couriers to determine the shipping cost based on the amount of space the package occupies rather than just its physical weight. In this case, because the volumetric weight (5.79 kg) is higher than the actual weight (0.72 kg), the shipping cost is based on the volumetric weight, which results in a higher shipping fee.
If your item had been repacked to reduce its size, we could have lowered the volumetric weight, potentially saving on shipping costs. If you'd like to explore this option in the future, please let us know!

My shipment was opened and then repacked with the remark that was done because I didn't upload the invoice for it, but I did. After uploading it was stated that the items are manually added. This makes no sense, but ok. The shipment arrived neatly packed and in excellent shape.
