The entire communication went smoothly even when I had several questions about my order. Since I was sending fragile goods, I was unsure if everything would arrive unbroken, but everything arrived intact. Also, the delivery to my home address was very fast and fairly cheap (I could have chosen a cheaper option, but because of the fragile items, I didn't).

It's just that sometimes the packages take lot of time to be reviewed and shipped. But situation get easily unstuck if the support team is contacted.

Shipping is fast and they have great communication with the customer! I just wish the cost wasn't so expensive but that isn't Forward2me's fault. They do give a wide range of options for shipping to the states!

My last shipment from you guys was the worst you've ever shipped to me before. One thing you guys sent me a email saying that the package of the two lava lamps were leaking a little. I asked you to send me a picture and you did. There is very little liquid that leaked out. I told you just to repackage it and send it and you did. The box that you sent me was a slim box that was only two pieces of little paper for packaging that was supposed to protect it. Which was lousy packaging and you never should have sent it in a slim box so it can be tossed around everywhere. Plus when I buy lava lamps from UK you guys always package it very well and make sure the top of the lava lamp cap is screwed on tightly and has an extra coating of protection on the top and a plastic bag that goes over the whole lava lamp. This time you did nothing of that. When I got the bottles to me you never secured the top of the screw of the cap it was loose and you never tightened it and put protection on top of it which pissed me off and you're repackaging was horrible there was hardly no repackaging done just placed in a slim box and it was terrible. I've had a lot of things shipped from you guys and you guys always did a fantastic job. But this time it was the worst and if it would have been broken it would have been because you guys put it in a slim box with no protection or paper to protect it or a plastic bag over the bottle and a plastic covering over the cap. Don't know why if you knew that the liquid was leaking why wouldn't you have tighten the top cap of the lava lamp and put an extra piece on there with tape like you've done it before which gets it from not leaking out. You guys knowing the problem but you never fixed the problem or helped it so it wouldn't leak anymore. Very disappointed in your service and the way that you are doing things with simple stuff like this. Makes me question if I should look somewhere else to ship my items.

1- You don’t open the packages and take photos, so we can’t see whether the items are damaged or not.
2- Even for small or simple items, the package consolidation fee is fixed. It should be more affordable for smaller packages.
3- When you consolidate the packages, you also include the shipping boxes that were originally sent to you.

A small battery in the package caused a delay of more than two days. Anytime something needs contacting support it's a nightmare. In top of that i was charge 100 eur extra fir this battery. This is ridiculous. Following previous situations involving a medicine i needed in Greece and others I have no enough. I will not use forward2me again. The end.

These shipments require special handling and strict regulatory compliance due to safety risks such as fire, leakage, or chemical hazards. Each battery shipment must be assessed individually to ensure:
Proper classification of the battery type
Correct packaging according to international safety standards
Compliance with carrier requirements, as not all couriers accept DG batteries and some require additional documentation
Because of these factors, each DG battery shipment is manually reviewed before it is approved and dispatched. This careful assessment is necessary to ensure the safety of your shipment and compliance with all regulations.

Although my transaction was reasonably simple (a purchase in Germany being sent to France) all went smoothly and the price for the service was reasonable. They communicate well with each step of the process. The website I found not so clear sometimes but manageable.

It's tantamount to a scam.
I'll never use forward2me again.

However, once your package arrived and was measured in our warehouse, the actual details differed:
Final Weight: 11.95 kg (volumetric weight applied: 16.81 kg)
Dimensions: 50 × 41 × 41 cm
Because the actual size and weight exceeded the details used to generate your original locked price, the courier’s system automatically recalculated the charge based on the higher volumetric weight. Unfortunately, this meant the locked quotation could no longer apply.

A very useful service for people living outside the uk. Once I got my head around the process, it was relatively straightforward and efficient. It was a bit expensive but that was not unexpected. The only issue I had was the repacking charge. I suspect most items ‘need’ repacking and would prefer that rolled into the initial estimate.

I was super happy with the service. When the package did was withheld in customs the representative Joyce from Forward2Me contacted me and tried to help as much as possible. It took some time but the package was released eventually, and she followed up and made sure I recieved it. Super caring service!
