I must admit that I was a bit concerned using this service, given some of the negative reviews I read. However, after my own personal experience I can confidently say that this was the most seamless, smooth, and reliable forwarding service I have used! I received ample communication regarding my parcel and was given a few carrier options when it came down to forwarding to the United States. My items from the UK arrived undamaged and within a week of ordering from the original manufacturer! I’ll definitely be using Forward2me in the future when ordering from London.

I used my US address for the first time. Took some time for my package to be registered after it was delivered. Reading the details of the shipping options I decided to choose regular shipping it stated that multiple packages would be combined - so I figured this would be the case. In the end my packages arrived in separate boxes (which probably cost me more too). Also - DHL shipping was not an option - which is what I usually use.

I had never used this service before but had some clothing items I wanted to buy that I couldn’t get shipped to Canada. They accepted package and forwarded it to me. I had to send a picture id of me to verify my identity. I also had to submit an itemized list of things I bought and the price. They gave me multiple shipping/forwarding options and I decided. I paid duty on my purchase and it was arranged through the carrier so it made it easier. At the end of the day it was not cheap but I received the items I wanted and Forward2Me made it possible. I would use them again.

They lost my parcel

Cheating company - it gets way more expensive than planned every time - used them 3 times - each time they insisted on repacking the goods despite my insistence on it not being necessary- that resulted in repacking fees + their repacking made shipping significantly more expensive. And in each occasion they added wrapping to parcels already perfectly packed. One parcel went from expected 30gbp shipping to 150 + 25 for their packing efforts. Stay away

Furthermore, it was packed fine originally which was clear when i received it, and i could see your packing on top of the original packing.
Furthermore, now you decided to make public what i bought, and yes it was a second hand boot for a car, that needed to be repainted anyways, so a few scratches or whatever would not have mattered what so ever. It was a 99 GBP product that i expected to pay 50 GBP to ship according to your calculater and ended up paying 30 GBP for repacking and then another 2xx GBP in shipping, it was so outragous i was considering just leaving it with you and order another one.

Received my first shipment from Japan, arrived quickly, parcels excellently repacked for a small fee but this saved on postage costs. Just organised my first shipment from USA so expecting more of the same. Great service if wanting an item which doesn’t offer delivery to your home country. (UK for me). Ordered from Amazon in Japan & EBay USA so far 👍

I have used a number of package forwarding services and Forward2Me is by far the best. They are really efficient and organised, and any package without issues is forwarded very quickly. If there are issues, from either end, they resolve them quickly and with great communication. You always know what is happening and why. Any time I have had questions (which has been a few times lately) their communication is clear and they are very helpful. They have helped me manage a few tricky forwarding issues for which I am very grateful. I could not recommend Forward2Me more highly and will not use any other forwarding service.
