Sadly, and coincidentally, the first time I don't pay for the extra insurance, Forward2me threw a bunch of metal, Collectible items stacked directly on top of each other, with nothing to protect the items. And I even paid more to have the items "packaged for safety" rather than "savings". Nearly everything is scratched.

Imported a package from Germany to Belgium. Excellent, fast service with same day pictures of the package and they have very fair shipping rates. Great way to save money when a seller doesnt ship to your country. The only thing you need to be aware of is follow the adress instructions to the letter ! Some countries have stricter policies than others. This is the 3rd time using forward2me (USA and UK) and would highly recommend.

I'd never dealt with customs/duties before but this site was a breeze, and customer service responded VERY fast to my questions. I was able to get a rare motherboard from an independent seller that was somewhat reluctant to ship over seas. Forward2me seems to require repackaging things they ship, sure enough they secured and padded the board very well. The process of registering and using the forwarding address was surprisingly very straight forward; everything required very little work on my end. Despite the service having a rather premium price in the end I was not disappointed. Thank you Forward2me team! Veldig bra!

Item was missing from my shipment. The seller assured me it was included in its shipment to Forward2me and I believe them based on the item and the seller. The item was probably lost or stolen at the Forward2me facility but I was told they don't have it. I'm out for the cost of the item without any recourse. Poor experience.

The process was pretty straightforward, and the communication was great. The only thing was the shipping price, which, in my opinion, was a little crazy for what I ordered and the size and weight of the package.

This is a top class company. The website is fairly intuitive with lots of backup should you make a mistake.There are a lot of delivery options so you can choose what’s best for you.I would strongly recommend that you use the available trial run before your package leaves the retailer as it will give you the confidence to navigate the process to completion when they email you to say your package has arrived.

It's very nice that they ship anywhere. It was a little confusing figuring out the package and stuff, but it came without damaging the product (I bought Mine Turtle from the kickstarter). I would've given a 5-star review if they were either less expensive or if they showed their price for shipping upfront, cuz I was overwhelmed that it was twice the original product's price.

I was confused at first, but I got the hang of it after following the instructions. my package was a sewing machine so due to the weight of my package, it was pricey, but my item arrived safely. I’m very thankful and I recommend.

Very good experience. It was the first time I had been through this kind of service and I was a little worried but it went very well. The only negative point is that I purposely sent the invoice of my package so that they knew what was inside and they still decided to open it anyway to check. This delayed the shipment of my package. But nothing very long.
