Slow. Never had any issues with MyGermany but since using Forward2Me I need to contact them about every parcel some of which has been declared as foodstuffs incorrectly. This has been more time consuming and more of an expense to me.

Forward2Me was approached by the MyGermany owners and agreed to acquire certain assets in order to prevent an immediate service collapse and maintain continuity for customers. By definition, this differs from a planned, structured migration.

Since the transition, we have been dealing with significant backlogs

Unacceptable! You need to overhaul your staff who mishandled my money not once, but twice! They refunded my invoice payment of 254.96 euros without even consulting me, just to repackage the battery. This is outrageous!

We sincerely apologize for the mishandling of your payment and the inconvenience this has caused. We understand your frustration, and we take full responsibility for the error.

We are working with our Germany team to fix the issue.

We will also address the internal issue to prevent this from happening again.

I’ve used the service to buy cologne my first experience I had no idea what to do and Forward2me is not very clear with their instructions. I phoned the customer service line which also cost me money and the person answered the phone just Hello didn’t say Forward2me customer service just Hello it was so strange I thought I was being scammed .. then I had to pay to have my package rewrapped because it’s dangerous goods I opted for the pay the duties with them but the border agency wouldn’t accept that and I had to pay them again, I tried to get my money back from Forward2me and I had zero luck .. if I use this company again I know what to do now do not use the prepay duties option order a huge order not just one thing.. I’m sure it will be much easier the second time using Forward2me but the first time is very very confusing and it also takes over 24 hours to get a reply from customer service when you email …

I love that they don't ask you to pay a fee when you register or to authenticate the address, and I found that their shipping rates are quite competitive compared to similar companies.
