You can request photos of a package directly from your Package Inbox — useful for checking the contents or condition before you ship. A fee applies, depending on the option you choose.
How to Request Photos
- Go to your account and open Package Inbox.
- Select your package and click the camera button.
- Choose a photo option. You can choose from a few different options, each with its own fee, shown before you confirm.
- Submit your request.
What Happens Next
Once your request is processed, you'll automatically receive an email with your photos.
