I've been contacted by Aimee from forward2me. She finally managed my package to be dispatched from the warehouse and collected by FedEx. I understood that the main issues were 2 things. The first is that my package hit the busiest part of the year, a.k.a. The Black Friday and so the package processing experience has been slower than usual. I guess, the shipping company should be prepared for that though, hence -1 star from max 5. The 2nd reason is that my package consisted of 2 flasks of oil perfumes. Due to the silly EU's large-scale advanced cargo information system called Import Control System 2 (ICS2) which started from March '23 the oil fragrance is considered as dangerous good. Hence, it needs the ICS2 to be fed by detailed package information, and it's difficult to satisfy this unfriendly EU custom system. I think, if I would be importing guns, the custom procedure would be more friendly, than in the case of importing oil fragrances.
Anyway, thanks to Aimee for the great help, my package is on the way. I'll be happy to use fwd2me services again!

This company provides horrible services. I used them only once. They collected my packages, repacked it, because my package contains perfumes I had to pay a fortune (213 USD) upfront by PayPal and guess what. My package is resting in their warehouse, I do not have any option how to make the package being delivered to me. Support almost does not exist, when I asked for support only silly auto reply came, or support person responded completely incapably.
So, I payed together almost 500 USD for my goods and shipment costs, and do not have my goods nor my money.
Stay away of this company.
I'm opening PayPal dispute today, so I got back at least the shipping costs.
