I was obsessed with a limited-edition bag from Coach that was only available to purchase on the US website. I live in the UK, but I wanted that bag desperately, so I researched ways to make that happen. Forward2Me had the best reviews for the services I needed, so I set up an account and hoped for the best. I need not have worried. Forward2Me were amazing from start to finish. I ordered a few pieces from Coach, and they were all shipped separately. I was concerned this may complicate the process, so I contacted customer services via email. I corresponded with an amazing advisor named Elvie who put my mind at ease and answered all my queries. I used their Combine and Repack service and was provided with several shipping options by various couriers. I received my Coach bag and accessories less than one week after it arrived at the Forward2Me US facility. The parcel arrived in excellent condition, and my items were packaged carefully and securely. I was delighted. Forward2Me provided progress updates throughout, and I was very impressed with the service they provided. I recently used Forward2Me again and the process was just as seamless. I’ll continue to use their services in the future and would highly recommend them.

I've used a few package forwarding services (and been stung by more than one), but forward2me has been the best by a long way. First: the actual shipping cost was exactly the same as what was quoted by their shipping estimator. I have *never* seen this anywhere else: no hidden fees, no disappearing shipping options, no dodgy customs valuations or inflated weights. Their online service to upload your invoice (which you can do before your stuff arrives) is well designed and efficient, and they photographed and processed my package pretty quickly once it arrived. I used the cheapest shipping option - APC (basically USPS + Australia Post) and was pleasantly surprised: detailed end-to-end tracking, and delivery in about 14 days. I submitted one question about the progress of my item via their online support, and got a helpful response quickly. All in all a great, faultless experience.

I found Forward2me thru a Google search when I realized an item I wanted to order from the Netherlands could not be shipped directly to the US. Signing up was really easy and once I had an Forward2me address, I was ready to use the service. Everything went really smooth. I ordered online and my package was shipped to the Forward2me address. Once there, I received almost daily updates that showed my package status. Each step of the way I was kept informed and that made me feel positive about the experience.
