I received constant updates on the status of my package (how many packages are ahead of mine and each step of the process). Once shipped, I was provided the tracking number. Everything was communicated to me, and I truly appreciate that. Upon receiving my package, there was minimal damage to the box they repacked my items in. I also appreciate the extra care they put in by adding a decent amount of paper as padding material. As a former package handler, I can see the attention to detail they put into it. It's the little things like this that I appreciate so much. If I ever need anything overseas again, Forward2me would be my first pick.

I had a really great experience with Honey-Brigette at Forward2Me’s USA warehouse. She was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful while assisting me with a missing parcel. Even though it wasn’t a straightforward situation, she kept me informed and did everything she could to try and track it down. It made a potentially stressful issue much easier to deal with. Good and reliable service if you need it, that is clear. Beware of the high shipping costs though! If you can avoid having to forward I recommend doing so. I sent a parcel containing three used laptops that I bought for a total of £64.69 + shipping to the warehouse. Then the costs to ship to my home from forward2me was £57.65!! Quite high considering it was the cheapest option for shipping to the Netherlands, which is one of the nearest countries to the UK.
