Customer experience
I would like to recognize Nica (warehouse – Green Lane West, Preston, PR3 1NJ, UK) for a job well done. I had an issue with getting my order shipped to the US (from the UK). Apparently, there are/was changes to US Customs regarding the threshold amounts of items that could be shipped with incurring duties and fees that I was not aware of. Nica went out of her way to research the issue and provide me with information and possible alternatives.
Unfortunately, there was no way to get around paying the duties/fees that US Custom was going to impose on incoming orders from abroad (my order as not over $800), but that was no fault to Nica nor Forward2me.
Instead of becoming a very frustrating situation, Nica became an ally and tried everything to assist. I really appreciated that sort of attention to detail as she really wasn't obligated to go that extra mile, but she did. For that I would definitely like to give her Kudos for a job well done as she showed me what good (no GREAT) customer service is all about. Thank you again Nica for all of your efforts and being such an AWESOME person (it made a difference)!
