I had a parcel gone missing, despite USPS claiming it had been successfully delivered. It turns out the seller hadn’t written nor my name nor my inbox number on the label and my parcel was in the warehouse but forward2me didn’t know who it belonged to. I contacted customer service and Rosa was able to help. She quickly found my missing parcel and added it to my USA inbox, and now I can proceed shipping the parcel over to me. Thank you Rosa for your help and kindness!

Exceptional customer service provided by Jhe handing the acceptance and forwarding of a large shipment from Germany to the United States. They provided prompt responses, provided all options available including air and sea freight, and even communicated with vendor on my behalf for packing details to assess if repackaging and consolidation would reduce the cost of freight to fall within my budget. I highly recommend them for all your freight forwarding logistical needs as they will handle everything from door to door. A certain carrier decided, mid trip, that they couldn’t deliver my order. It was already paid for and the import fees were paid to the carrier. F2M retrieved the package, checked that nothing was damaged, and sent it on with no delay or hassle. The customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend F2M for all of your international shipping.

The simplicity of their online portal, the accurate updates once an order was placed, and the speed at which product is shipped out. Whoever is running the UK warehouse, their entire staff, and the their IT department should get a raise.

Forward2me shipment
My second shipment with Forward2Me from Japan to the UK. Forward2Me offer such a useful service. In this instance i was buying Pilot pens and inks from Amazon.co.jp. Amazon Japan wont ship these direct to the UK, little wonder since they are 1/4 to 1/3 of the the price they are selling at on Amazon.co.uk… There was a short delay because Forward2Me had so many repack orders in the queue ahead of me. I was kept posted of my orders progress through the queue, which took several days. Then the usual really fast delivery from DHL. The parcel was booked in with them on Saturday early morning in Tokyo, and arrived at my house in Wales near lunchtime on Monday. Of course it is not just for Amazon. I can now buy from other smaller retailers who wont ship outside of Japan. Next on the list will be some of the excellent Vessel screwdrivers at a fraction of the price they are in the UK. For a little history: on my first order using Forward2Me there was a problem with the paperwork and DHL rejected the shipment. You can see my other review where I discuss that, and how Forward2Me resolved it. For this delivery I reached out to customer services when I created the order. Jus picked up the request and oversaw the order process to make sure we did not have a repeat of the initial paperwork mix up. Jus, a warm thank you from me.
