Due to complications with one of my packages that did not appear for over a month, I experienced a lot of uncertainty, delays, and additional concerns. However, I want to give special thanks to Nica from customer support for her exceptional kindness, understanding, and assistance. Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend’s address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered. In my case specifically, I had ordered a record that was an EU/UK release only. It just so happened to be one of my favourite artists and the LP was available to purchase before on tour only in the EU. I used forward2me as my address and it worked! I live in USA, so this was my only chance. The packaging was phenomenal with the webbed cardboard for protection! It made it to me so quickly. I think I intentionally picked FedEx as my carrier so I would get tracking. FedEx did not mess around and I had my beautiful record in no time, all the while I could track it.
