I haven't used Forward2me's shipping services yet, but I'm planning to use their US warehouse to consolidate purchases from American retailers and private sellers and have them shipped to Italy. I contacted both info@ and support@ via email but haven't received a reply yet (but it's only been about 48 hours). However, when I reached out via WhatsApp, Joyce got back to me within a few hours. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions about the US warehouse, including purchases from private sellers, documentation requirements, and package storage. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel much more confident about using the service. Thanks to Joyce's excellent support, I've decided to give Forward2me a try. I'll be happy to update my review once I've actually used their shipping service. Thank you, Joyce, for your kindness and excellent support!

I disappointed that when a repacked parcel was returned to forward2me instead of being delivered to me. Reason was that one product inside was not allowed to be shipped to my place of residence. It took quiet some time but Jus from customer support was able to provide a satisfying solution which included no extra costs for me.
