Needed to ship packages with battery operated items and ran into complications with dangerous goods classification at the US warehouse. NICA helped me work through the whole thing we ended up splitting packages to meet FedEx requirements and she coordinated the optimization with the warehouse team. Took some back and forth to get the details right but she was responsive throughout. The final multi piece shipment went through smoothly with FedEx Economy including prepaid duties. Made the whole process much easier than it could've been!

I've used freight forwarders before but never dealt with battery restrictions like this. Had packages sitting in the US warehouse past free storage because I couldn't figure out how to combine them with the dangerous goods flags.
