I received a notification from the courier that the parcel was on its way from Forward2Me to me. Everything was handled efficiently, quickly and without any problems. They answered my questions thoroughly at all times. I had several questions and each time I received quick and complete information and answers. I recommend Forward2Me! Super simplification of shopping abroad. I bought small furnishings online from Ikea in Berlin. Ikea delivered the ordered items to the Forward2Me warehouse in Germany (near the border with Poland). And from this warehouse a courier brought my purchases to Poland. One thing you need to pay attention to is the working hours of the Forward2Me warehouse in Germany. They work, if I remember correctly, until 4 p.m. So when ordering something online and specifying the delivery address of the Forward2Me warehouse, you must specify in the order in the store that the delivery is to be made by 4:00 p.m. I didn't notice it the first time and my purchases, which had already left Ikea in Berlin, arrived at the Forward2Me warehouse around 18:00. The warehouse was closed, so the shopping went back to Ikea in Berlin. I had to contact Ikea in Berlin and ask again to send it to Forward2Me, but to deliver the ordered items to Forward2Me before 4 p.m. And so they did. Fortunately, Ikea in Berlin did not charge me for transport a second time.
