Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
The service as usually is serious and very quick, but the only delivery option I could choose from was the express delivery via DHL or FedEx. I had purchased a shirt with the cost of 20GBP and the cost of the shipment was 50GBP.
I would prefer to have other the possibility to choose from other shipping options with not such high cost.

The service is very easy to use and customer service was quick to get back to me. The only problem was that there were limited & expensive forwarding couriers that were available.

Extremely high shipping costs and now that all goods pass through customs, makes it more expensive.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel the cost of using our services is now much higher now that the UK has left the EU.
I'm pleased to advise that we are opening a dedicated warehouse for our EU customers in Germany shortly, this will mean that our customers within the EU can still shop with retailers within other EU countries receiving them to our Germany address and forward them to their home country.
I hope this this address will work better for you however will be still working to keep shipping fees as cost effective as possible for customers still looking to use our UK address.

I had recently purchased a Retro Handheld Game Console from a store in the UK since it was not available in India and I chose Forward2me after reading some good reviews online about Parcel Forwarding Service in the UK but only to find out that the shipping services (DHL & UPS) are not available to the parts of India where I am living in when the packages arrived. I had contacted the customer service and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I am very much satisfied with the service. I just wish Forward2me had FedEx shipping option and cheaper shipping cost.
I would highly recommend Forward2me for the fast service and good customer support. Although the shipping can be expensive.

All the fees added up to an amount that’s larger than the price I’d pay for the same item locally. Isn’t worth it anymore for EU member states. I’ll probably not use your services anymore.

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback.
We do understand that shipping from the UK to the EU is now more expensive than pre-brexit for this reason we are opening a completely new dedicated warehouse in Germany in the coming months. This will be owned and operated by forward2me rather than a partner.
We wanted to make sure our valued EU customers could still shop and forward packages within the EU in the same way they have been up until now. Our EU warehouse will offer the same benefits that our UK to EU warehouse previously did.
Once the address is up and running we will notify our customers so they can start using the address straight away and continue to take advantage of shipping goods from other EU countries with no additional customs fees to pay.
I hope this address will be of interest to you, our customers can however can still ship from the UK to the EU, we offer a 30 day free storage period so customers can collate their parcels from different UK retailers and ship together to make shipping more cost effective for them.

I live in Seattle Washington and a big Funko Pop collector. I’ve been wanting to purchase Funko Exclusive and available outside of the US but never knew how to do it or very nervous doing it. One day I stumbled on Forward2Me, I read all the reviews and research about the company and how it work. I finally signed up for the account but still unsure about how it work or if it work, since my billing address is in the US. I recently gave it a try by ordering a few Funko pops. To my surprise it worked amazingly and smooth. I order my items enter the address provided it for me, I check out and pay like I normally would. My items arrive at forward2Me location and from there they would ship it to me through DHL and I have to say they are quick and fast. My item arrive at the warehouse and in under a week my order is already at my house. This is a great service.
There is a quality to all levels at forward 2me.
The staff in the communication department are professional, helpful and the staff is very well trained. I must mention Chris who often communicates with me, he is always polite and has helped me on a number of times.
The packages are also well looked after and each item that I have ordered comes in pristine condition.
I wish other companies would learn to do business like the staff at forward2me. Thank you all, I hope you are all healthy. The world has changed now, so we humans should all try to work together to make this new world a better place. You are playing a serious part in it.
