I'm sorry that you did not receive the service as expected however you have chosen to ship your goods as a multi-piece shipment rather than have them consolidated into one box.
We do offer the combine and repack service at checkout, if you opt for this service our warehouse team will repack your goods as safely and efficiently for shipping however this is not done unless requested by you from the account.
When the combine and repack service is not requested our team ship out the goods how they have arrived with us however we do our very best to make them safe and secure for international shipping.

I'm sorry to hear that the cost of shipping was more than you expected, we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to obtain the best prices for our customers and are always looking for new courier options.
I see on this occasion you did not take advantage of our combine and repack service, this service allows the customer to ask us to repack their goods so they obtain the maximum value for shipping.
Going forward you may wish to consider this service, shipping costs are generally based on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, so if we can reduce the size of the package we can usually reduce the overall shipping cost.

I'm sorry to hear that you have found our pricing page inaccurate, please be assured pricing is correct on this page the prices are obtained directly from the courier, however you do need to ensure that you enter the correct weight and dimensions of the package alongside the city, zip code and country you are shipping to. If this information is not entered correctly the link to our couriers may not provide a correct and accurate shipping cost.

対象のショップ(EU内)→forward2meへの配送時間の方が、foward2me→自宅(日本)の方が早くて驚きました。また機会があれば使いたいです!

ただ、転送料金は安くないので、高額商品でないとメリットは

仕方ないですが、ヨーロッパ内を行ったり来たりの配送になるため
配達時間はかなりかかりましたが総合的になっとくしてます。

I'm sorry that you have been unable to use your preferred service for shipping however see that the value of the goods in your shipment were higher than the permitted value for this service. Due to this being untracked Royal Mail only permit packages with a value of £20 or under as there are no guarantees with this service seeing as we have no tracking to trace the package after it leaves us and cannot offer any kind of compensation if the goods are lost in transit.
We do appreciate your feedback however hope you understand our reasoning behind the offering of this service for very low value packages only.

Please be assured that we are offering the same service as always and the cost of shipping has not increased. Some of our couriers have introduced an emergency surcharge relating to the issues they are facing related to the COVID-19 situation however this is only passed onto our customers at cost.
I have spoken to my colleagues who have dealt with your enquiries and I believe there was an issue with the size of your package and we wasn't able to offer the same service as normal, each courier do have different requirements which they set and are out of our control. I'm sorry if there has been any misunderstanding about the situation and you feel we haven't given the expected level of support that we usually offer.

I see that you have used two different services for shipping, the first time using an express service which would offer a much better transit time than the economy service chosen on the second shipping. The economy service have been hit quite badly with the COVID-19 situation and are taking a little longer in transit than usual at the moment.
I see that you are based in Australia so I am aware that shipping to your country is more expensive than it previously was, more recently the authorities in Australia have introduced the payment of GST on lower value shipments which has made shipping to your country more expensive than in previous years.
Your business is important to us and we always want to ensure that customers are happy with both the service and the price they are paying for that overall service.

In my case, I ordered a box set of DVDs that they claimed did not match the description of goods from Amazon (they claimed it was a T-Shirt) and insisted that I provided copies of a utility bill from the address I intended to send the goods to and a copy of my passport as well.
With the amount of identity theft out there I was not prepared to provide them anything more than what was reasonable and insisted to see a copy of their privacy policy with regards to handling sensitive information to which they suddenly changed their tune and sent my dvds to me.
Not good enough, not only is the service very expensive but seeking private information beyond what would be considered standard by ANY online shopping service is just not acceptable.

We do pride ourselves on offering a premium service and feel we offer value for money on our shipping fees. Shipping fees are not only just for the transit costs but for the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required.
I'm thinking that you have shipped goods from our German facilty where the authorities have requested that we obtain a copy of our customers passport and a utility bill relating to the shipping address on the account. Please be assured that any data or documents we request are stored very securely.
I'm sorry if you have had an item mis-described on your account, we do always do our very best to add descriptions as accurate as possible however from time to time due to human error mistakes do happen.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of using our service and that the packages had been opened on arrival.
I'm afraid we do need to open packages on arrival with us to identify the contents and check that they can be shipped legally to your country, we do advise customers of this in our terms of trade.
For the repack in a larger box, I see that the goods you have forwarded are classed as dangerous goods, we therefore need to comply with the IATA rules for shipping dangerous goods packages. The box needs to be large enough to add all the required documentation for shipping these kind of products.
