The 1st option choosed for shipping didn't work, they helped me out and organized a 2nd way to deliver the item to me. Bad thing is, I think its too expensive. It was just a cassette and it cost almost like big parcel. Not sure if I'm goin to use it again.

I do apologise that the initial shipment didn't work for you, I see that you registered under Spain whereas you were based in the Canary Islands, unfortunately the first courier service you opted only offered the service to mainland Spain and not to your actual country.
The cost of shipping is calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit however there is a minimum weight and cost for shipping, therefore it is much more cost effective to receive a number of parcels and combine them together in one shipment than to ship one small parcel.
I hope this all helps explain the issues you experienced using the service however hope you will consider using again soon. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at any if you need any assistanced with shipping.

It was my first time using the service, and the entire process went nice and smooth. The communication was excellent (if I wrote them a message, they'd even get back to me in the same day sometimes). You're notified of everything happening, from packages being received to tracking numbers once they've been shipped. I was left with a pretty great first impression, so I'll be using forward2me again real soon for sure!

They’re prefect. The only reason I removed the fifth star is because they don’t ship large items by sea freight anymore. I wish they bring it back.

I really didn't know what to expect first, since most of my importing came from using websites that shipped directly to the US. However, I found myself in a situation where I wanted items from overseas that either, a) where not available to be shipped worldwide, or b) where available but the markup was just completely unacceptable. This is the problem that forward2me solved for me. Their service is professional, they answer quickly to inquiries, and their prices are pretty reasonable. I have used both their warehouse in Guernsey (super awesome to be able to avoid paying VAT for international deliveries from the UK!) and their warehouse in Japan. Both instances went smoothly, so I'm sure to keep using them for importing goods in the future. Very happy with them!

Really good communication and notifications
This time though the website didn’t respond well to me choosing to combine 2 deliveries into one shipment. When I actually pressed pay I want sure if I would get one or both things. The next day on the website one package remained. However a few days later both packages arrived and they had been combined. These things happen and I will keep using. This comment is given in the spirit of hopefully helpful feedback

To be honest, was a bit sceptical and worried, how things would go. But, all I can say: super happy with the whole transaction!
Wanted a watch which isn't available in my country. So guesstimated a sufficient box size and weight and went along.
Same day as the package arrived at forward2me they shipped it to me, for the exact amount agreed upon before doing the deal.
Few days later the package arrived. Really a recommended service, imho!
