I'm pleased to hear that everything is working well for you especially from the UK warehouse. Due to the UK Tax free warehouse being an island I'm afraid we don't offer the road service with DHL, there is only an air service available which is more expensive than the road service.
The Tax free address is predominately for customers looking to purchase goods with a high value from retailers who will deduct the vat from the purchase price, this is where the saving is made. The service is not as cost effective for lower value purchases.
For Germany we do offer the road service however due to the volume of shipments going through this service from Germany we can't currently command the same pricing from DHL that we do for shipping from the UK warehouse.

I'm sorry to hear the cost of shipping was more than expected, we do offer a combine and repack service where our warehouse team will assess the parcel to see if the goods can be repacked in a smaller package to help save on shipping costs.
I do apologise that we didn't bring this service to your attention when you contacted Customer Services, I can't guarantee at this stage that we would have been able to reduce the overall size and shipping cost but this is often the case especially when receiving goods from Amazon. Due to them shipping within the UK shiping based are generally based on the actual weight of the parcel rather than the volumetric weight ( the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit) therefore the size of the box is often larger than required. When shipping by air the size of the package is taken into account.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the expected level of service via our Personal Shopper service on this occasion. We do as a rule pride ourselves on offering a top class customer service however I'm sorry your request did not go as planned this time. I hope this will not stop you using this service again in the future.
With regards to the shipping price, we do offer shipping from the price quoted however this is for a budget untracked service which is only available for very low value light parcels. When shipping I see that you used a fully tracked door to door service with TNT. I have however noticed that you did not take advantage of our combine and repack service. This is available to customers when shipping, our warehouse team will assess the package and repack as efficiently as possible for shipping. It may be that we can reduce the overall size of the goods to save on shipping costs.
Once again I do apologise for the service you received using the Personal shopper service and hope the repack service may be of use to you next time you ship.

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service we have offered however would like the cost of shipping to be less and more options available.
We do check our pricing on a like for like service with our competitors on a regular basis and feel that we offer good value for money.
Due to the COVID 19 situation we have had to reduce our offering of courier services down to these not being available to us, as the pandemic moves on and the shipping world returns to normal we are hoping to restore our full offering of courier services.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive a notification when your parcel was received to your account. Usually customers receive a notification by email when a parcel arrives to their account and the email prompts the customer to log into their account to process the package for shipping.
I'm thinking there may be an issue here which may need to be checked on your account, I will contact you directly to check what notifications you have received from us, it may be that you just need to add us to your whitelist however I can certainly check this out for you to see if there are any issues on your account.

Many thanks for our feedback however I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the service we have provided.
Looking back on the history of your communication with us I see that you have encountered a few issues along the way.
You received a damaged package to your account, we did however advise you on this on the first inspection of the parcel so you could contact the seller to report this.
Secondly I believe you have shipped one of your parcels via the budget untracked service, I believe the delivery of these goods have been delayed. Unfortunately this is out of our control, due to the service having no tracking there is no way that we can locate the wherabouts of the goods until they have arrived with you.
Due to the current COVID situation there have been lots of delays with budget services due to lack of flights, we do however advise our customers to look at using the fully tracked courier service so we can provide them with full support from arrival to delivery. We are unable to offer any kind of support or compensation on the budget untracked services.
Shipping fees are based on the amount of space the goods take up in transit however the fees paid do include the use of our delivery address in the UK, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods. We offer a 30 day free storage period so customers who are purchasing goods on a regular basis can collate their goods over the 30 days and ship them altogether to make shipping more cost effective for them.

1) the possibility to edit the parcels information was removed. We can no longer add our own description of the contents of parcels;
2) we no longer receive photos of parcels that arrive which makes our work of identifying parcels a nightmare!
I would give you 5 stars for your GREAT service, yes, but 4 stars for removing these 2 "options" that once were available.

I do apologise that when the last upgrade on our processes did change a little and this has resulted in some options being removed for a period of time. I have now fixed the issue with editing of the parcel description and you should now see this available when a parcel arrives to your account.
For the photographs we are working on making this service available again in the next couple of months.

customer service agent keep promising to provide better price next time but the price still more than double of your competitors.
Also the site need many improvements, such as making add/remove a new address easier, by making it possible to add more than one address and switch between them smoothly, the website design and colors need to be adjusted for clearer view and to be more organized.
Adding a Mobile APP for IOS/Android also will make it easier to tack the shipments and send shipping orders. I have been a customer for a years and I didn't notice any major developments or reducing for the prices yet, you should got special prices from DHL as service provider, instead of offering almost the same prices that any individual will got if he ship his shipment by DHL directly and maybe he got it cheaper!!

We do feel that we offer a good all round value for money service. We not only provide the shipping of parcel but offer the UK address to receive the goods, accept, process and store them until you are ready for shipping and provide all the export paperwork for shipping.
We do appreciate your feedback on the features you feel will be useful however since your review we have made lots of improvements to the site and made the mobile app more customer friendly.

Although we do appreciate that you must have been very disappointed that we were unable to ship your goods I'm afraid we wasn't able to ship this type of product via our courier services. We do state on our terms of trade under the prohibitied list that we don't ship tobacco related products to try to avoid customer being disappointed that we can't help them with these products. I'm sorry you weren't aware of this before you shipped the goods to your forward2me address.

Due to a recent surge in fraudulent customers using our German warehouse the authoriites have now asked us to request the ID of our customer and proof of their address to deter these kind of customers using our service.
