everything was perfect but I have 2 things I wish it could be there :-
- Shipping the packages in one box without repacking (similar to the one provided by MYUS) ..
- if the above is not possible, possibility to ship more than 15 packages together.

I did not get any diffirence on shipping fees regarding optimise package, the shipping fees is the same, there is not an added value for many parcels.! it happened many time for me and specially just yestersay again ! but in general they have good service .

We really appreciate all customer feedback regarding our service.
We understand that you feel it unnecessary to charge for optimization if this did not have any effect on the overall shipping price. When you request a repack the stated courier prices do not yet include the additional repack charges. These are stated separately on your final shipping invoice. I have looked further into this matter and I can see that there was no clear reduction in the overall shipping price for your goods being repacked and it would have been more beneficial for you to ship your 2 packages as a multi piece . We would have been more than happy to re consider the additional repack charges you had incurred, for this shipment, via an email query prior to you settling your invoice payment. Our combine and repack system does advise our customers if a repack is cost effective for your goods prior to submitting this from your account. As a gesture of goodwill I have applied the £4 additional repack charge to your account as shipping credit for you to re use on your next optimization request when you next come to ship with us.
If you should require further clarification on the benefits of a repack for your goods next time please don't hesitate to send an email into our customer service team and they will be more than happy to assist you further with this.
I hope this response is acceptable and assists you further with your concerns.
