It was good. My only disappointment is that regular UK post option was not provided, consequently the courier cost was very high. It could have been a much cheaper option to have regular post for an item that was not needed urgently. If I had realised that before sending my item, I probably would not have done it.

Thank you for this really wonderful service, and the order is in excellent condition right up to the door of the house, but the prices are very high and you did not accept the Saudi Visa card, which forced me to use PayPal.

All your forwarders are seriously expensive and you hardly ever offer the option of sending by British Mail. More clarity should be available as to when it is possible to send by mail, otherwise we just get stuck with having to use a courier which frankly many times isn't worth it. DHL is good, but it's not cheap.
