I'm sorry that you are unhappy that you have not yet received your parcel, please be assured that we have done all we can to ensure the safe arrival of your package although delayed by the courier and have been in touch on a daily basis to update you. Your parcel is not lost and will be delivered to you soon.
Its disappointing to hear that you are not interested in our combine and repack service, many of our customers do use this service and find it very useful. Not only does the process ensure that your goods are packed together safely for transit, we generally reduce the size of the overall package to help save on costs and provide the customer with maximum value for shipping. Therefore the overall cost of shipping is less rather than more even with the extra fee taken into account.

You lost my Parcel wich I needed the most - It's a present for my wife - i orderrd and sent Parcel on time, sorry cant accept your excuses.. you need to be more carefull next time.

I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with our service and that we offer a professional service however its dissapointing to hear that you have provided us with a 1 star rating due to one of the parcels within your shipment being mis-routed by the courier.
We did advise you as soon as the courier notified us of the delay and have kept you updated on a daily basis however we are in the hands of the courier once the parcel has left us. We do find from time to time when multi piece shipments are dispatched, some of the parcels can be separated in transit.
Please be assured this situation has only delayed one of your parcel for a short time and should be delivered to you soon, we will continue to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Going forward you may wish to consider our combine and repack service, with this service we repack your goods together for shipping. Using this service on this occasion may have enabled us to repack your goods into one box which would have avoided one package being separated in transit.

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with our service however you thought the rate of shipping was expensive.
We do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that our customers obtain the maximum value for shipping however please bear in mind that we are offering an overall service and not just a shipping fee.
The cost of shipping includes the full service from the use of the UK address, all the processing and preparation for export costs and any paperwork or customs entries required for export. Customer Service also give full support from the receipt of your package to delivery via a tracked service if required.
Many retailers offer a shipping cost at a loss, this is due to them being able to make their profit on the sale of the goods, we are only offering a service so all our processing costs as well as shipping are included in this price paid on shipping.
I did notice that you had taken advantage of our combine and repack service, where we repack goods as efficiently as possible for shipping, using this service reduced your initial shipping fee be £35. I'm pleased this service was effective for you.

I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the support customer service provided however sorry that you had a frustrating experience shipping and paying for your goods.
I believe Clara in Customer Service helped with your initial shipping issue however then you experienced a problem making payment.
I see that the initial payment problem was due to you having issues with verifying the payment from your PayPal email address. Due to us experiencing an increase of fraud for payment via PayPal we have had to introduce some additional security measures to this process.
When a payment is made from a paypal account with a different email address than the one registered with us, we do ask the paypal account owner to verify they have initiated the payment by sending an email to the paypal email address.
I'm sorry if you had issues accessing this email and was unable to make payment this way. Please be assured the measures put in place are to protect all parties involved.
I hope this helps explain the problems you faced during your experience with us however hope you will try our services again in the future. The customer service team are there to help where we can to ensure our customer has the best possible experience whilst using our services.

All good as usual, but I'd prefer that FORWARD2ME could preserve the boxes of my original items instead of "dumping" them inside the MAIN SINGLE box. Dumped items get open during the transport and some get broken. In some cases, original boxes of items can be preserved to help protect items at no extra space cost, so discarding them and dumping items in the BIG box may not be the best choice.

The price paid for shipping includes our full service not only the fee for shipping, we provide you with a free UK address to receive your parcels and do not charge any annual or monthly fee for using our serivces. The cost of accepting, processing, storing, preparation and dispatch of your goods including all export paperwork required for shipping.
Our customer service team offer full support for all tracked services from the receipt of your parcel to delivery and we do not charge any annual or monthly fees for our services.

The records that that DHL have delivered all 5 packages of shipment 16013090053231401 on the 2nd October and was signed for by yourself.
