The website didn’t work properly and the payment system failed me. I was asked to respond to emails on my alternate email account which I had to repeatedly point out I wasn’t receiving and therefore couldn’t respond. However, the lady at customer services was helpful

I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the support customer service provided however sorry that you had a frustrating experience shipping and paying for your goods.
I believe Clara in Customer Service helped with your initial shipping issue however then you experienced a problem making payment.
I see that the initial payment problem was due to you having issues with verifying the payment from your PayPal email address. Due to us experiencing an increase of fraud for payment via PayPal we have had to introduce some additional security measures to this process.
When a payment is made from a paypal account with a different email address than the one registered with us, we do ask the paypal account owner to verify they have initiated the payment by sending an email to the paypal email address.
I'm sorry if you had issues accessing this email and was unable to make payment this way. Please be assured the measures put in place are to protect all parties involved.
I hope this helps explain the problems you faced during your experience with us however hope you will try our services again in the future. The customer service team are there to help where we can to ensure our customer has the best possible experience whilst using our services.

AGAIN a great service with a single "BUT".
All good as usual, but I'd prefer that FORWARD2ME could preserve the boxes of my original items instead of "dumping" them inside the MAIN SINGLE box. Dumped items get open during the transport and some get broken. In some cases, original boxes of items can be preserved to help protect items at no extra space cost, so discarding them and dumping items in the BIG box may not be the best choice.
THANKS for all support and I'm hoping to have an even better service each time!

Compared to your counterpart, MYUS.com, your service was excellent. You promptly answered my queries relating to the package, and you efficiently, speedily and professionally handled my package when it arrived at your Guernsey warehouse. The package was received by me with the original packaging from the merchant, and more importantly, you did not break the seal of the box of the electronic device that was shipped to me. The device was received by me with the seal of the original packaging intact and the device had no damage. Please can you keep up this good service. The whole process was pretty seamless.

Customer service were quick to answer and offered decent solutions/answers.
Low rating due to the poorly designed website and because each book was individually wrapped in a DHL bag when they could have been bulk wrapped, zero for environmental consciousness.
I did try to combine and repack the previous order; that option would not give me a final shipping option and or price. The website gave no indication why it was not working, therefore I assumed it was my browser acting up. Ended up trouble shooting by first deleting cookies, trying two new browsers, deleting their cookies, checking updates for Java etc and even used a different computer.
In the end I had to email customer service to find out why I could not combine and repack. Swift reply from Chris, and he mentioned that it wasn't going to be any cheaper to ship, that is why that option did not yield any price and shipping results. The website should have given me that "reason" as to why combine and repack was not working rather than have me faff around.
Next order I'll pay the extra £** to save on wrapping for the environment!

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with our service however you thought the rate of shipping was expensive.
We do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that our customers obtain the maximum value for shipping however please bear in mind that we are offering an overall service and not just a shipping fee.
The cost of shipping includes the full service from the use of the UK address, all the processing and preparation for export costs and any paperwork or customs entries required for export. Customer Service also give full support from the receipt of your package to delivery via a tracked service if required.
Many retailers offer a shipping cost at a loss, this is due to them being able to make their profit on the sale of the goods, we are only offering a service so all our processing costs as well as shipping are included in this price paid on shipping.
I did notice that you had taken advantage of our combine and repack service, where we repack goods as efficiently as possible for shipping, using this service reduced your initial shipping fee be £35. I'm pleased this service was effective for you.
