They are reliable and offer a great service. No complaints toward the service quality, response time and easiness of use. But the pricing is quite high. They should also offer services other than express. I wouldn't have minded receiving my package a few weeks later yet the only option was to pay premium to get it in 3 days.

Everything worked exactly as promised; shipment arrived from a UK supplier and was forwarded to us here in Canada and actually arrived a few days earlier than expected. Will definitely use this service again for Christmas shopping.

First, I want to commend customer support for speedy assistance and willingness to resolve issues.
But the shipping feature is broken in my opinion and ludicrously expensive.
I have had myus.com in the USA and never did I accidentally commit to ship a package. The user interface needs a step between getting a "quote" from DHL and commiting to ship. Or an option to undo shipping within a certain timeframe. This really *****. I doubt that I will be using this service again.

The price paid for shipping does include a full service from the use of the forward2me address, the acceptance, processing, storing, preparation of the package for shipping and any export documentation required.
I see on this occasion although you took advantage of our combine and repack service to help lower the cost of shipping because the actual weight was higher than the volumetric weight we were unable to lower the shipping cost by reducing the overall size of the package.
Many of our customers tend to take advantage of their 30 days free storage period and combine a number of parcels together to ensure that they obtain maximum value for shipping, this may be something you consider going forward.
Please contact our Customer Service team at any time if you are unhappy with the service offered and we will be very pleased to guide you on the most cost effect way of shipping.

Service was efficient but expensive. I was offered only one means of forwarding the goods On to me and since they already had the goods I had to accept the price. All other forwarding services that I have used in the US and Europe have offered a few price points. Unlikely to use again.

The shipping costs out of the German warehouse are outrageous and severely discouraging to using the service. I would be satisfied with regular postal service and its cost, however, this option has not been offered to date. There is no need to only offer courier service, which costs way too much: about €80 within Europe for one package of about 2 kg.

Shipping costs are based on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. I see that although your package was only 2 kg in weight the volumetric weight was much higher at nearly 8 kg. So the cost of shipping was charged on the higher volumetric weight.
We do offer a combine and repack service, for this service we evaluate the parcel and repack as efficently as possible to help reduce the cost of shipping. I think this may have been a useful service for you on this occasion.
At present due to this facilty being fairly new we only have the DHL courier services available however as volumes grow for deliveries to this address we will have more shipping options available for our customers so they have more choice when shipping.
If you would like more information on the combine and repack service please get in touch with our Customer Service team and they will be happy to explain the service further so that you obtain the maximum value for shipping going forward?

And regarding the fact that my 8 Parcel wasn't repack into one box - I didn't wanted to repack becouse at the cost of 2£/Parcel, you open all my Packages, dispose some packing material, and also some Items get damaged - i get some smashed Items last time - so, repacking is a BIG NO for me!
