Too expensive and I had to paid almost the same value for the shipment when my items arrived and some of them were damaged. The experience was good apart from that

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service we provide however you have found the amount paid for shipping expensive.
At present the logistics industry are facing lots of challenging, in the past most freight has been transported via passenger aircraft, due to the decrease in passenger traffic on airlines in light of the Covid-19 situation there is a lack of freight space and therefore prices across the board have increased. Most couriers have added additional surcharges to shipping costs to cover the increase in air freight prices.
We have also had to remove some lower cost services that have been available in the past due to them being no longer viable. We are looking at new options and hope as the situation stablises we can add more lower cost shipping options.
I'm sorry to hear that your goods have encountered some damage, this is disappointing to hear. If you could send over the details to info@foward2me.com we will investigate this further for you?
I'm not sure if you are aware that we do offer a combine and repack service, this enables us to add additional packaging to your goods to ensure that they are fully protected. Please ask about this service when you contact us if you require more information, this service is available from your inbox when shipping your goods.

Forward2me is very decent and polite. This company saves your money and energy when you shop something from Euro, not just the U.K
If your local post office doesn't work like Philpost , Forward2me is the right choice .
The post offices around me are pretty much corrupted so this forwarder helped me shop conveniently from the U.K and Europe .

Everything worked fine, but forward2me labeled the product as ''Wireless headphones'', when in fact they were wired headphones. This makes a world of a difference since wireless headphones includes batteries and this makes importing fees skyrocket even more here in Brazil. In any case, aside from this detail, everything went well.

Way more expensive than I thought it would been and I ended up returning the item because it wasn't what I was looking for.. kind of a rip off. Won't be using it again! The only thing that was good was the quick shipping.

2020 has been a difficult year for logistics, due to the increase of air freight prices following the lack of passenger flights all couriers have added additional surcharges to cover these increases making shipping more expensive. Due to this issue there are also less cheaper services out there for us to offer.
Please also bear in mind that forward2me are offering a service, we are not selling any products therefore need to cover the costs of offering you a UK address, accepting, processing, storing and shipping your parcels. Many retailers who make their money on the sale of the products are in a postiion to sell shipping at cost or even at a loss.
Many of our customers find that purchasing a number of items and consolidating them into one shipment ensures that they obtain the maximum value for shipping. Maybe this could be an option for you in the future.
I hope this helps explain the difficulties logistics are facing at the moment and hope you will consider using our services again in the future.

This was my first time using this service. I had a very positive experience. The whole process was much easier than I had expected. A simple, no hassle, no fee, to make an account. They provide you with addresses and you just send your items there. They received my package quickly and they were ready to ship to me upon my confirmed payment.
