2) I regret that information over individual packages dispappears once shipped from F2me. There is still a summary available, with some items details (weight. dimension, category) but there is not anymore on some other (origin, tracking number, sender details)

Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the level of service provided from the forward2me Customer Service team.
forward2me pride themselves on offering top class customer support and it is really disappointing to hear that you feel we haven't provided you with the expected level of service on this occasion.
I have taken a look at your communication with our Customer Service team and see that they have responded to your initial enquiries on whatsapp in a timely manner however due to your enquiry relating to the shipping of dangerous goods the process did take a little longer than it would when shipping a standard packgae.
Our staff have to undergo a very rigorous training programme to pack and ship dangerous goods, therefore we have a specialist team that deal with these kind of enquiries. Packages containing dangerous goods need to be repacked so they comply with IATA for air shipments and the Road Haulage Association for road shipments so we have to be careful to ensure the packaging is compliant and labels are applied correctly, this means the package has to go through several checks before it can be approved for shipping.
I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the time it took to repack your goods and communicate the process with you however our main concern is that goods are packaged so they ar safe and secure for international transit.
We are constantly looking at ways to make this process smoother for customers and do take your comments on board however I hope the information provided today helps you understand why these shipments have taken longer to deal with than a normal package would.

So YES, its very safe to use, YES, its convenient and reliable, but guys do something about the prices and options given.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review, I'm pleased overall you are happy with the service we offer however you would prefer some cheaper options for shipping.
Generally we do offer a competitive price for shipping to Greece via our current couriers, the cost of shipping would have been around £23.35 + vat normally however your address is classed as a remote area for the courier so they have added a £17.50 fee for delivery in addition to the shipping cost.
We do generally offer a good range of couriers for shipping however some of the budget courier service have been removed temporarily at the moment due to them not being commercially viable. Many budget couriers use passenger aircrafts for shipping their goods, seeing as the number of these flights have been reduced significantly the previous pricing they could offer is not currently viable.
We are working with our couriers very closely and hope to have more options available for customers soon as things return to normal however I hope this information helps explain why your costs for shipping have been higher than expected.
We do offer a free 30 day storage period for your parcels so it may be more cost effective for you going forward to make a number of purchases at one time and ship the goods together in one shipment.

Many thanks for your feedback however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service we have provided.
In 2018 the Australian government introduced GST on all goods imported into Australia under the value of $1000 AUD. Due to the volume of parcels we ship to Australia we were advised that we needed to register for collecting GST and pass this charge to the customer on shipping. We therefore have no choice but to add GST at 10% on both the value of the goods and the cost of shipping. This is not a fee forward2me take for themselves these fees are then passed back to the Australian Government.
I'm sorry that you have felt that you need to review our services in this way and hope you now understand our position on this and that we are not overcharging in anyway, these fees are out of our control and we are not benefiting in any way.

I'm sorry to hear that we haven't met your expections on this occasion however we do take on board your comments, customer feedback is very important to us.
I see that you are unhappy that we did not clarify the price for shipping before you went ahead with the combine and repack option. We do our very best to be open and honest with our customers however it is difficult to provide the exact price for shipping before goods are repacked seeing we don't have the exact weight and dimensions of the final package at this stage, we can only estimate the costs.
Shipping costs are calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. The shipping price is only calculated on the actual weight when this is higher than the volumetric weight.
So customers can ensure that they are receiving the maximum value for shipping we offer our combine and repack service. Once our warehouse team receive a request from a customer they pick the parcels from the warehouse and repack them as efficiently as possible, then the final weight and dimensions are entered on the parcel to give the final shipping price.
When we estimate if this service is cost effective we can only measure the price again the actual current weight before optimisation and the current volumetric weight. We then show the worst and best price the service could offer so the customer has the choice to go ahead or not. On most occasions we can reduce the overall price for shipping by reducing the volume of the parcel however this is not always possible, which I believe is the case with your parcel.
