Customer care services is A*, however still room for improvement in regards to early reply. Sometimes response is delayed an therefore my shipping is also delayed. Other than that shipping is fast which what really matters to me.

購入メーカーの箱が大きすぎて日本への送料が勿体ない。

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping via our service, I see that you shipped from our Guernsey tax free address which is based on a small island in the channel islands.
Due to the limited infrastructure in Guernsey, they only have one flight in and one flight out per day therefore the shipping options are limited. At present we only offer shipping via DHL however we are looking to add other services as soon as possible to provide customers more choice.
The added benefit of this address is that many retailers in the UK ship to Guernsey ex vat, so there is a saving on the initial purchase which helps reduce the overall amount paid for the purchase.
For lower value items it is better to ship to our UK mainland address as there are more courier options for shipping from this facility.
I hope that you will continue to use our services however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services team.

The actual repacking and sending is great. They’re very sensible when you actually talk to them. Their website is **** and not at all intuitive. It has no instructions on what they want you to do. The only way to get to the document upload section is to try to do something and get the YOU CAN’T DO THAT WHY HAVEN’T YOU UPLOADED THE DOCUMENTS ALREADY message. It’s not that bad but I find it annoying as ****. As I said their website design is rubbish.
However their actual service is good so I’ve used them twice. One of the few companies still shipping during the pandemic.
