Because I had to contact you about a shipment that was delivered to your address under my name that your company didn't locate. I do alit of business international with y'all but considering to go with another company. Good thing the Merchant resent the item to me!!!

Service was very good and fast. They answered my concerns fast and they shipped it as soon as possible. Even though I didn't fill the new account papers yet, as soon as I did they were able to ship it. The only bad thing I have to say is that for shipping to QC, Canada they were only offering DHL Express which (although is very fast) is very expensive which is a bummer since I didn't really want the stuff *that* fast, I just wanted the stuff to arrive and I'm usually pretty patient. I don't know if maybe they could have offered normal shipping (just tracked without the express stuff) but it wasn't available in the options from the web menu. Hope they add this option in the future. Other than that everything was smooth and stress-free, recommended if you're buying lots of stuff from Europe which is a lot cheaper than in NA. Even with the dual shipping (one from the shop and one from the forwarder) it still ended up being cheaper than buying "locally" in NA for me.

Not sure about the VAT-free option. Seller flatly refused to remove or refund VAT despite the package being shipped to Guernsey, and because it was sent to an island the shipping price actually increased. Other than that great service as usual.

I have noticed that you did not take advantage of our combine and repack service, shipping costs are based on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit (the volumetric weight) rather than the actual weight.
I see that volumetric weight of your parcel is higher than actual weight so the combine and repack service may have been beneficial for you. When a request is received to our warehouse, they repack the goods received as efficiently as possible to ensure that the customer receives the maximum value for shipping.

I though the delivery options were really expensive, considering how close Japan and Korea are to each other to only offer two delivery options is interesting

Until recently we have had limited options for shipping from Japan with only DHL as an option however now the volume of parcels is increasing we now offer UPS and Japan Post.
I see that your item was very small and light so going forward the Japan Post option hopefully will be more cost effective when shipping in the future.

Please be assured that we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that our customers are getting the best possible shipping prices however it has been a very difficult couple of years, many couriers have introduced additional surcharges to cover the cost of higher air freight prices and extra precautions they need to implement to ensure that their staff are working in a safe environment.
Shipping is generally calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up (this is called the volumetric weight), the cost is only calculated on the actual weight if this is higher than the volumetric weight.
We do find that many parcels arrive from UK retailers in much larger boxes than necessary due to domestic shipping rates being based on the actual weight rather than the volumetric therefore we do have a service called combine and repack. This enables customers to submit a request to our warehouse team to ask them to repack their goods as efficiently as possible to ensure the customer obtains the maximum value for shipping. I see that you did not take advantage of this service last time you shipped, this service may have helped reduce the overall price for shipping.
This service is available on your package inbox when shipping however if you require any assistance requesting this service please contact our Customer Experience Team who are always here to help and ensure that you obtain the best possible price for shipping.
