My items always have the xtra fee due to aerosols. Aimee in customer service is the one that usually replies and helps me with the new invoice and repacking request. Customer Experience is always A+++ !!

(First timer!) The shipment was well packaged and they were very quick on the updates. However, as a collector, I have to note that one of the items I ordered was most likely opened for inspection purposes. The pin was taken out and put back improperly, but not in a way that was damaging. One other item (a palm-sized figurine in a loose plastic bag) had a slit that went straight through the packaging, most likely made by a knife or box cutter. The figurine itself was undamaged; imperfections in the paint job were deemed the manufacturer's fault.

All the staff are kind!
What I don't understand is that the customer center will respond politely and promptly immediately.
The packaging is also polite. It's safer to repack than just transfer items from the boutique.

I enjoy the Forward2me services! I am giving a four star rating because the first time I ordered, I ordered a vinyl and the box was not neatly secured and the vinyl arrived a bit damaged. From what I can see, it had to be opened and the opening of the package may have caused the vinyl to be less secured. However, everything I ordered was present. The second time I ordered, everything came very well packaged and nothing was damaged. (ordered cd's, cassettes, and poster/print)

I used to use the Forward2me service in the UK. This time, due to the change in regulations I opted for Forward2me in Guernsey. Let me be clear, that so far my UK experience has been outstanding, so this review is comparing the Guernsey experience with the UK one primarily. Service was fast, everything arrived in good condition, the packaging however could have been a little better. Also the invoices were left inside the packages something that you might want to have avoided and the packages were a little dump upon arrival, but I can't determine who's responsible for that, it might have been the courier company.
The only available company for courier is DHL express, so you might want to consider that. The biggest disappointment however (again not the company's fault) is that tax free shopping does not happen. I struggle with all three companies I purchased from, writing again and again emails, asking to be refunded for the VAT and so far only one has done so. So be advised that unless you agree beforehand with the company, or VAT is automatically deducted at checkout, that UK companies will most likely not refund you.

The paperwork for the package was not filled properly, so that I had to pay additional taxes in Germany to clear it from customs. The German VAT came in addition to the UK VAT I had already paid with the original purchase of the product.

I was unable to determine my anticipated shipping rate after being logged into the site from a mobile phone. Are shipping rates only shown to desktop users? Because of this, I made a choice to ship something to Guernsey to avoid paying VAT from Fortnum & Mason. Unfortunately this ended up costing me $200 to ship via DHL. Had I known it might have been cheaper to ship from the UK, I would have paid the VAT.

I don’t know how these things work, but having a horrible shipping service as one of the options to choose from really makes me not want to use this service again. I ordered from a website and paid extra to have my stuff delivered asap, as i need the stuff for my brother’s wedding. the website were kind of enough and delivered the items the next day, perfect. I shipped my stuff as soon as they showed in my locker, that was the 24th, i get an email on the 28th saying my package was dispatched, now it’s the 2nd of january and the tracking number still says “package was not collected from shipper no additional information” honestly if i had shipped my items from the store to my actual home address I would’ve receive my items by now!

The site is at best unclear and at worst intentionally misleading.
Price is based on dimensions of packaging *not* the product. That should be made clear to customers.

Your company has completely over reached its obligations to live up to the requirements of the Australian government. You don’t need to charge GST on the postage for an item coming over from abroad. This is because this is a service that has been paid for and used abroad. You only need to put it on the goods and services, also you don’t need receipts you only need a declaration. You have overcharged me for no good reason other than to be extra special careful on your part which is spineless. You have also made me jump through unnecessary hoops when that was not required. You should be ashamed of yourself. You also have the gall to tell people from Australia how our laws work, when you do not live here yourself, how patronising . I would never use your service again and I would recommend anyone looking for such a service looks elsewhere.
