I have been so impressed with Forward2Me, as they have delivered on all their promises, quite literally. When dealing with companies, especially from an international perspective, communication is key. With Forward2Me, when I emailed a question on numerous occasions, I not only got sent a confirmation of the receipt of the email with the name of the person who will be dealing with it, but I then received the answer within 24 hours. This level of service completely puts one’s mind at rest and to enhance upon this positive experience, the website is easy to use and the processing of the parcels was flawless. Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice verlief mehrere Male schnell und problemlos. Mein Paket aus England wurde innerhalb weniger Tage geliefert (mit Check am deutschen Zoll ca. eine Woche). Preislich top. Die Bezahlung lief problemlos.
Hatte am Anfang etwas Bedenken solch einen Service zu nutzen und muss gestehen, dass ich bis zum Eintreffen des Pakets noch etwas am bibbern war. Aber im Endeffekt: super easy, vergleichsweise günstig und mega Service!
Sollte ich noch einmal was aus England brauchen würde ich forward2me ein weiteres Mal nutzen. :)

Mixed experience, I ordered twice using forward2me's services. One package they sent me to home in France has arrived without problem, rapidly and safe.
The other didn't arrive, it came to France, was blocked at the customs and returned to the UK. The cause was that the product in the package seems to be forbidden in the delivery service, but forward2me didnt tell that to me, so for the moment I waste money on that,for the product I bought and the service I paid (expensively)
Anyway, Customer service is very good and responsive

I am sorry to hear you have mixed experiences for our services.
I have been looking into the details for your second shipment and I can see that this refers to the 2 bottles of wine you required to ship to your address in France back in December 2021.
I do feel we handled your alcohol shipment queries correctly based on the import information we had been provided by the couriers in relation to alcohol imports into France from UK. I understand the import guidelines, for alcohol to France, was not shared with you originally before the package was shipped, however, as per the import guidelines, our team were confident that there would not be any repercussions for your alcohol shipment to France because the contents of your shipment was as per the import guidelines. However it is possible the import guidelines stated by the couriers, for alcohol to France has been misinterpreted for your alcohol goods and we sincerely apologize for this error and for any further delays or inconveninece this issue may have caused you.
I believe one of my customer service agents is closely monitoring the return for your alcohol shipment and they will be in touch with you very soon to assist you further and discuss the next steps for your alcohol items in more detail.

Someone recommended this service to me a about a year ago and I have continued to use since. I had items shipped this last go around and one item took a little longer then usual to get to me. I began to grow concerned and reached out to check on the status with the company and the kindest most helpful people kept me updated of the status. It put my mind at ease as what I ordered was a gift for someone. It came late and it’s okay because I value the constant communication and service that was provided to me. This service was not at fault there was just some issues in transport coming to the US. I just want you to know I appreciate you and this service. Utilize this service you won’t regret me! With regards to the increase in cost, I have taken a look at the shipments you have done with us and can see that each shipment is a different weight and size. The cost of shipping is based on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. The shipping costs are only based on the actual weight of the goods if this is higher than the volumetric weight.
This may be the reason why some of your shipments are more expensive than others seeing as the weights and dimensions for each parcel vary.

My daughter and I are huge Love Island fans. I really wanted to get her a personalized robe like the ones they use on the show. They are not available in the USA. The cost of shipping includes the use of the address, the receipt, processing, including checking that your goods have arrived with us in good condition, storing until you ship and preparation of the shipment and export documentation before dispatch. We also provide full customer support from the receipt of your package until delivery.
Some larger retailers may be able to offer lower prices for shipping however they work on the basis that they are making a margin on the sale of the products and often provide shipping at cost price or sometimes at a loss. We do not sell any products therefore have to cover our costs via the shipping fee charged.
Many of our customers look to use the 30 day free storage period to collate a number of orders and ship within one shipment to ensure that they obtain maximum value for shipping via our services.
