I am so glad I found forward2me!! There was this pair of sneakers my fiancé really liked but was sold out in the US, and thanks to them I was able to buy it from UK and have it shipped here on time for Christmas. The fee was not cheap, but totally worth it with how fast it was. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!

Service is good, but shipping rates are very very expensice, almost double than usuall
Hi Tayyab,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry you feel the shipping costs are expensive.I can see this was your first ever shipment through our service and your goods were dispatched from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey.Our tax free warehouse is located in the Channel Islands and, unlike our mainland UK warehouse, Channels Islands/Guernsey are classed as tax free islands so all retailers who offer shipping/delivery to Guernsey/Channel Islands are required to deduct the additional value added tax (VAT) from purchases for goods entering a tax free location. Whereas all purchases coming to our mainland UK warehouse have to include the VAT applied by the retailers.Our tax-free warehouse address is very useful for customers wanting to ship high value goods. The higher the value the more VAT you would save. Shipping rates from Guernsey are more expensive as they can only offer DHL Express service and all shipments that are dispatched from Guernsey have to travel back into mainland UK to be processed through customs before being exported to the destination country. I can see the total purchase value of your goods were low value which means shipping from Guernsey warehouse would not be cost effective for you if you are only purchasing lower value items because you would not save a lot of costs on the additional purchase VAT of the goods from the retailer on lower value goods. It is recommended that you only look to ship higher value goods to this address as shipping options are limited to DHL and can be a little more expensive than shipping from our mainland UK address. It is therefore important that you calculate beforehand that the vat saving on the purchase is higher than the possible increase in shipping costs from this facility compared to shipping from the UK mainland.I hope this helps you further and if you do require further information or assistance with anything please do not hesitate to get back in touch with us.Kind RegardsHayley

for the amount I paid for the packaging was so poor any other additional packaging from the company is a joke including the “wrapping paper” it looked like bits of christmas wrapping paper
Hi there,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry to hear that you feel unsatisfied.However I can see you have received a total of 3 shipments from our UK warehouse through our company so far. It appears that not one of your packages had been submitted for a repack service from your account prior to dispatch.Please be aware that all packages we receive for our customers, to our warehouses, are shipped out just as they come into us from the seller/retailer unless otherwise stated by the customer or if a repack request has been submitted by the customer from their account. If your goods do not get submitted for a repack service from your account prior to being dispatched from us, this would mean the goods would have been booked in, stored and then dispatched in the same packaging and box they had been received to us by the seller. If we receive packages that are visibly damaged upon inspection, are a larger item which may require reducing in size, if the internal or external of a package was poorly packaged or insufficient for onward shipping or required a pallet quote sourcing we would always attempt to inform our customers directly of necessary repack requirements for goods unless customers request otherwise.I understand that this issue must be very frustrating for you, however, we do strongly advise customers to always consider our repack services, prior to shipping their goods so we can ensure all your goods are verified as safely and securely packaged for onward shipping every time.I hope this helps you further and assists you with your query.Kind RegardsHayley

Great idea! I bought some shirts in a German site that does not ships to the US. Forard2me allow me to have those beautiful shirts right in the US. The only thing you need to fix is that you should not require confirmation of your paypal account. If I am paying to you with Pay pal is because I already have access to my account and a password already, so Forward2me should not add more unnecessary security requiring to confirm an email. That causes unnecessary delays, but at the end I am happy because after confirming that annoying email that was not coming, I got the shirts.

I was very apprehensive to use this service because I had no experience with it and saw no reviews from the USA. I still signed up, but couldn't see my parcel after it had been delivered.
