i was skeptical at first about using a mail forwarding company.but all my doubts are now gone.i was contacted by Forward2me the day they received my parcel about confirmation on delivery addresses and pricing of postage.the same afternoon that they had already organized and shipped my parcel to me in Australia.....3 days later i had the goods....Highly recommend Forward2me and will be using you again :)

I used the personal shopping and shipping service! I got Zara clothes delivered to Australia. I am so happy with the service, it was quick and efficient! I would definitely use forward to me again! It is quite expensive but it was worth it! The goods were here in super fast time and obv in great condition.

The service has been great so far, however, I would have the following recommendations:
1. List all the items received by date, offer a check-list and a button to consolidate, similar to "myus.com".
2. Offer low-resolution pictures of new parcels/letters that arrive.
3. Offer more royal-mail postage options, such as EMS which is considerably cheaper than DHL.

A little pricey but excellent service. My item was on its way to me within an hour of making payment and I was able to track it right to my door. When you just have to have something from the UK forward2me is definitely the service to use.

Their shipping is a bit pricey but was impressed by the fast delivery time, so far so good and I hope to make soon some other business with F2M!

An exceptional service. Standard Royal Mail International postage would have been cheaper and just as reliable as DHL. In fact, DHL kept mis-delivering my parcel. In the end, I had to collect from the post office anyway!

We've checked this with DHL and it appears they outsource some of their deliveries to a third party and in this case to the local postal service. We're really sorry that the transit time and level of service has no where near met by DHL on this occasion. Going forward we're more than happy to offer you a standard mail service for your next shipment - the package would need to be 2 kg or under in weight and have total dimensions of not more than 90 cm in total. The whole process cost a lot more than I expected.

We're really sorry you felt that you needed to leave us negative feedback, we strive to maintain excellent service at all times. We wanted to provide you with some background to your shipping costs. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. Due to your shipment containing footwear in boxes this does tend to volume out more than the actual weight. To help with this situation some customers ask us to remove the footwear from the boxes which would reduce the size of the shipment and hence the shipping costs. We’ve also noticed that you received a similar order within a few days of your original shipment being despatched. We do provide a consolidation service which enables you to ship multiple packages at the same time. For your situation there would have been a saving of £37.44 on your total shipping costs if this service had of been used – we’re sorry if you were not aware of this. We would have checked if you'd required this service if your shipment hadn't of left us before the next parcel arrived. We hope this all helps and that you will continue to use our services. If you are dissatisfied at any time with your shipping costs or our services please don’t hesitate to contact us before you ship and we’ll be happy to look at the situation and ensure that you are shipping most cost effectively. If you are looking for a lower cost shipping we are able to offer a standard mail option with no tracking or delivery guarantees for smaller low value parcels. Another alternative is if you are thinking of making a number of purchases from different retailers we can offer you our consolidation service. All your parcels are consolidated into one shipment saving on shipping charges. If you would like more information on this please let us know. Having a standard shipping option available to select in the first place would be ideal. I appreciate that you can offer it now, and i will definately make use of it in a future purchase. Please do not misunderstand my comment, I think your services were great and you deliver what you promise, it is just that the cost (for my pocket at least) is a bit high.

I will not use them again. Apart from the fact that it was very expensive, I was charged for DHL service and I still got thme after a week

We repacked and prepared them for international shipping and sent you a shipping invoice at 15:19. You kindly and promptly paid it at 15:34 and we shipped your parcel at 15:54 through the DHL Express Tracked service. The transit time and level of service has no where near been met by DHL on this occasion. We have opened a case file with them and we will ensure that you are compensated for not providing the level of service that we pride our selves on. We will be back in touch very shortly.
