I liked that it did what it said it would do, it was very easy and fast to get set up, and the interface was pretty straightforward. But it was missing two crucial features that I'm used to having from my US reshipping service, Shipito: #1) forward2me doesn't give me option to choose different shipping methods or carriers, and #2) forward2me doesn't allow me to submit the customs form myself. These two things combined made it much more expensive than it could have been, which makes me reluctant to use it again unless I absolutely had to.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us regarding the service we have provided for you - much appreciated. We're really disappointed that you felt that you needed to give us negative feedback as we really pride ourselves on the good work that we do and strive to exceed our customers expectations at all times. However, you're absolutely right. Being a relatively young company (not as old as shipitto) our website is under continuous development with different elements of the customer experience being developed as we grow. #1 - we now have pricing for different shipping options available on our pricing page https://www.forward2me.com/pricing but only offer you the option of two as default when we send you a shipping invoice.The next stage of development is to offer you all the options when we send you the invoice. Now that you have raised this we will send you shipping options by e-mail before the invoice for future shipments. #2 - the plan is to provide the functionality for you the customer to be able to do this. We haven't quite got there yet... Whilst the site is under development and we are not offering all the functionality that you would like to see, please get in touch and we can most probably do what you're asking for manually... We hope this all helps and that you may consider re- visiting your feedback rating. If this is not something that you would like to do that's also fine too. The service was excellent. I would just consider having cheaper posting options that take longer to arrive and/or offer no tracking, so that clients don't use it just for a couple of items they really want but rather on a more regular basis.

The book I ordered arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The shipping charges were excessive for something that size though, purely because I didn't have the option to select Royal Mail as a possible shipping method.
Royal Mail to Australia is very reliable and the one thing I think you could do to get your service on par with others internationally, is to offer insured & tracked Royal Mail as a shipping option. You're client base would also allow you to leverage better shipping deals from them.
