forward2me have excellent delivery times. Unfortunately for orders that are not that expensive the delivery charges are a bit on the high side

Many thanks for leaving your feedback, it's really important to us.<br/>We really don't like it when customers are unhappy with our pricing and our service.<br/>Our team work really hard to satisfy each and every whim that each customer may have and do it with a smile on their face.<br/>When we look at this we notice that you have paid £24.77 including 20% vat but the sad thing is that you could have shipped 10 of these same shirts for exactly the same price. <br/>We provide a consolidation service which means that you can ship many items together - maybe not 10 shirts but maybe 1 shirt and lots of other things...<br/>Please be assured we do our very best to find the best price, provide the best customer service and the fastest delivery times. Sometimes we don't get it quite right but we do our very best to achieve it.<br/>We hope you will continue to use forward2me but maybe try our consolidation service for your next shipment.<br/>We hope this all helps.<br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director.

Outrageously expensive, absolute outrageous. Will be telling people not to use you and to use parcel motel instead. 28£ to ship a long sleeve tshirt?! Shocking. Absolute rip off, and parcel motel is a fiver.

not cheap but efficient. Good communication (information to the client). If you want something very badly and cannot get it because of (illegal) agreements between producer and your country representative for the respective article you can turn to forward2me for professional help

Great service! I could not believe that they repacked and sent my items so quickly! The box arrived at forward2me on Tuesday and I had it in my hands in Germany on Thursday the same week!

The people are very kind. The service is good. Only the price is a little expensive, Unfortunately there is no Royal mail service to Bulgaria only DHL express which is much more expensive.
