This service is fairly expensive, but it is fast and reliable. I needed to order some books for work from a UK based nonprofit, but they just weren't equipped to send international shipments or take international payments, so I had to use the personal shopper service as well as the shipping service. Without something like this, I couldn't have gotten the books at all, so the money was worth it to me. I found a few people online who seemed to be providing similar services as individuals, but their turnaround time was much longer and I wasn't totally comfortable going through an individual instead of a company. I also want to note that I contacted Forward2me's customer service a couple of times during the process and I always got very fast answers.
There are a couple of small things I would like to see Forward2me make available. First of all, I wish you could select from different shipping options. DHL was extremely fast, but my order wasn't urgent, and I would have chosen to save a little money with a slower shipping method if I could have. Secondly, I wish that the fees on the different invoices/order pages were all labeled. After I paid for my personal shopper order, they added a second charge for the shipping they had to pay on my order, but it wasn't labeled shipping. I had to ask what it was to make sure. (The answer I got was rapid and helpful, but the charge also could have just been labelled to begin with).
These are relatively small things. I don't regret using this site to place my order, and I was impressed with the speed and customer service. The charge was high, but also fair for what was provided. Overall, I was happy. If I have to order something from the UK in the future, I will use Forward2me again. I would also recommend it to someone else.

I liked that it did what it said it would do, it was very easy and fast to get set up, and the interface was pretty straightforward. But it was missing two crucial features that I'm used to having from my US reshipping service, Shipito: #1) forward2me doesn't give me option to choose different shipping methods or carriers, and #2) forward2me doesn't allow me to submit the customs form myself. These two things combined made it much more expensive than it could have been, which makes me reluctant to use it again unless I absolutely had to.

Being a relatively young company (not as old as shipitto) our website is under continuous development with different elements of the customer experience being developed as we grow.<br/>#1 - we now have pricing for different shipping options available on our pricing page https://www.forward2me.com/pricing but only offer you the option of two as default when we send you a shipping invoice.The next stage of development is to offer you all the options when we send you the invoice. Now that you have raised this we will send you shipping options by e-mail before the invoice for future shipments.<br/>#2 - the plan is to provide the functionality for you the customer to be able to do this. We haven't quite got there yet...<br/><br/>Whilst the site is under development and we are not offering all the functionality that you would like to see, please get in touch and we can most probably do what you're asking for manually...<br/><br/>We hope this all helps and that you may consider re- visiting your feedback rating. The service was excellent. I would just consider having cheaper posting options that take longer to arrive and/or offer no tracking, so that clients don't use it just for a couple of items they really want but rather on a more regular basis.
