I was very dubious when looking at a 3rd party shipping company to get an item from China to Australia but after doing some research and reading some reviews I decided to take a punt and to my surprise my item arrived in Australia within 4 days how they can do that is beyond me as items direct from China can take up to 5 weeks if sent buy the seller,
My item which was a phone was sent from China to the U.K and to me in just 6 days which I found amazing.
Would I use Forward2me again? definatly, the only down side that I can think of is the shipping cost GBP32 or nearly AU$60 which I thought was over the top for a mobile phone weighing 500g

Service as advertised. Quick turn around and fast shipping. Understand this is not inexpensive...but a great option to get merchandise that it's otherwise unavailable outside of UK. Item was repacked and done very well before forwarding on to me. Definitely recommend!

whilst we had alittle trouble logging in to the site they were very helpful from the start. When placing our orders from Asda and Sainsburys, Forward2me were very quick dispatching our goods and delivery to us was outstandingly quick with only a little hiccup spilt Tantoori powder, but what the heck soon cleared up. Excellent service 10 out of 10

The consolidation fee is ridiculous high. 6 GBP each package. I have to pay 24 GBP for four small packages for 4 pieces of tiny makeup products. The consolidation fee is even more than the DHL postage. I will change to use borderlinx because they never charge me consolidation fee.

The customer service and web platform is excellent.. you can't ask for more in this regard.. however, the delivery prices are still way over the top and hasn't improved over the last couple of years. I would have hoped to see an improvement as the customer base and therefore buying power with the various couriers should have increased over this time.
