I received this as replacement for groceries because the first parcel was so badly wrapped some things were crushed in the process! I have to say this time around the process was completely pain free! The wrapping was improved beyond recognition of the first parcel and we all enjoyed a lovely cup of tea with biscuits courtesy of forward2me and your good selves! Thankyou one and all!

These guys deserve to be successful. A first class service; they're prompt (I've made over 50 shipments and I think almost every single one was forwarded on the day the package arrived with them) and respond in a timely and polite fashion when you contact them, e.g. to request consolidation.
In short, you can't go wrong. I rarely write reviews but when I see a business like this doing things right then I feel I should do my bit to support them.

Excelent service! Could use better site functionality but the customer support more than makes up for it. All my questions were answered in under 24hrs, sometimes in just a few hours. The service itself costs a bit more than traditional shipping, but it is worth it if you buy stuff from different stores. The more you buy the better it gets :)

The consolidation fee is ridiculous high. 6 GBP each package. I had to pay £30 for 5 small items . I will not be using your service agin and will tell people not to use it . Thanks forward2me for stealing my money .

When buying items on eBay UK there are always sellers who are less willing to send items abroad. I have used Forward2Me's services a few times now to handle these situations. I'm really satisfied with the parcel forwarding service: Clear communication and fast forwarding of parcels.

The shipping cost is expensive considering companies who do deliver to Cyprus by courier charge a lot less. Would use again if I really wanted something I couldn't get delivered.

We live in France and wanted to order on-line from Waitrose but they would not accept our Mastercard as although we have a UK bank it is registered to a non-UK address. We sent our Waitrose shopping list to Forward2me who ordered on our behalf. I had to queery their bill as it was less than I expected only to be told that there were bulk savings. I really appreciated their honesty. We were kept informed at all times and from the time we ordered to receiving our parcel, with everything intact, was only a matter of days. We have previously used other sites who charge a premium for each of the items purchased, I have no hesitation in recommending Forward2me.

Have used this service in the past and was very impressed but not anymore!!
My most recent order was wrongly addressed and nearly did not arrive where it was meant to-and that it took more than 48hrs for a response to my email.....not good enough!!! Will not recommend to anyone now!!

The team work hard to get things right but unfortunately there was a typing error on your shipment. We tried to rectify this as quickly as possible working closely with DHL to re-route the parcel. I can see your shipment left us on Friday 28 November at 4.00pm and you received it in Australia at your door on Thursday 4 December at 11.am.<br/><br/>We pride ourselves on our customer care and in most cases turn e-mails around in 24 hours. Unfortunately in your case we received your e-mail on Friday 28 November in the evening at 22:12. We needed to check the address detail in the software at the warehouse so left the response until Monday when we were able to check this. We should have sent you a courtesy e-mail straight away just to let you know that we were looking into this for you which might have helped to put your mind at rest until we were able to sort out the problem on the Monday.<br/><br/>I am sorry that the service you received on this occasion was not as it should have been. <br/>You’re account has a note to deduct £10 from the cost of your next shipment should you decide to give us a second chance.<br/><br/>We hope this all helps and thank you for using forward2me.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Operations Director
