They will reveive parcels on your behalf, re-pack them if needed or asked for with care, wait and store all packages until all products have arrived, explore all possibilities for the safest and economic way to ship them. Customers are informed and decide for every option for the parcels, as if they were there. Very kind and friendly ladies and gents making your life easier.

An amazing company offering an amazing service. As most people are I to am always wary about using a parcel forwarder but I had an excellent experience with Foward2me, they answer emails and message almost instantly and they were incredibly fast sending out my package. I paid and asked that my package be sent right away and I received my parcel to my door in less the 24 hours, I was shocked I am all the way in Canada so I know they got my package out for thing, it was wonderful. I have full confidence to say cast you worries aside and use this company you wont be disappointed, I will definitely be shopping a lot more in the UK now that I found a reasonable and reliable parcel forwarder. 5 stars Forward2me I was extremely impressed! Thanks a bunch =D

It's been about 7-8 shipments for me and you get steady excellent service with Forward2me. Very professional and extremely helpful staff. There is really only one negative aspect and that is the 6GBP consolidation fee which adds up extremely quickly if you shop multiple stores and small orders. 3 packages = 18GBP consolidation fee, etc! Forward2me is great if you can fill a box from a single merchant but if you depend on consolidation then you might want to rethink your shopping strategy.

The reason for the difference between the actual weight and the chargeable weight is because the courier pricing is calculated using the higher of volumetric weight or actual weight. <br/>Volumetric weight is length x height x width and divided by 5000. In your case, the volumetric weight of the parcel was 2.176kg<br/>When I look at your shipment we could have offered you the UPS service which was £2.94 cheaper than the DHL service that you used. It was overall good. It was slightly disappointing when I got my package because a letter that came with my package was opened. It was just a envelope with a message sent by the clothing manufacture that informed me about their company and their return policies etc. Next time, please don't open any letters cause I want to be the first one to open it as there's no fun in opening something that's already opened. Also it's clearly obvious that there was a message from the clothing manufacturer. Haha. Other than that, the service is good.

I ordered from the company in the UK and the package showed up at my door. I was astounded at how smoothly the process went. I also appreciated the fact that I received "just enough" notifications from the companies involved that there was no mystery, but I was also not inundated with messages.

Forward2Me is utterly outstanding. On my very first package, they quite literally went above and beyond the call of duty, at a financial cost to themselves, to ensure my happiness. It was literally unbelievable, especially in this day and age when one only expects to be treated like a number and handed the company rule book.
