It was overall good. It was slightly disappointing when I got my package because a letter that came with my package was opened. It was just a envelope with a message sent by the clothing manufacture that informed me about their company and their return policies etc. Next time, please don't open any letters cause I want to be the first one to open it as there's no fun in opening something that's already opened. Also it's clearly obvious that there was a message from the clothing manufacturer. Haha. Other than that, the service is good.

Forward2Me is utterly outstanding. On my very first package, they quite literally went above and beyond the call of duty, at a financial cost to themselves, to ensure my happiness. Fast and efficient. Very responsive to a request to consolidate my items. My only suggestion for improvement is for you to give "estimates" for freight charges given that "volumetric weight" is pretty meaningless to most of us! e.g. how much for a "typical" pair of shoes, suit etc.
