I had no previous experience with forwarding services. After visiting other sites, I got quite disappointed how "bureaucratic" it would be to import some goods. On the other hand, it was very easy to create an account on Forward2me. After receiving the package, it was promptly released to the courier. Once it was the fastest delivery I got - specially considering customs lapse (4 days in brazilian customs + regulatory agency is remarkably impressive) - it's really worth the price and you got a permanent customer.

The shipping fees are kind of crazy, but if you decide to go with them, they won't disappoint you. I payed for DHL express 1 day delivery service (which was the cheapest option?!) and the package was really delivered 24 hours later. Overall, very good, but a bit expensive. :)

Overall very happy with the support they provide, cost-wise Forward2me is quite reasonable as well. I have a point of reference as I used an American equivalent a while ago and it was a disaster all the way and in every way.
My last delivery arrived in no time even though it was via untrackable standard post.

I would completely recommend forward2me! I wanted to buy a Harry Potter book that was only available in the UK and this company made the whole shipping process easy as could be. I paid for the book through their concierge service since the book company didn't accept American cards, and from there the book was shipped to the warehouse, then to me. It took MAYBE 3 days total from the book reaching the warehouse to being on my doorstep. All contact I had with them was beyond polite and helpful and I will DEFINITELY be using them again in the future should the need arise.

J'ai utilisé pour la première fois ce type de service de relivraison et je suis entièrement satisfaite des services proposés par Forward2me pour plusieurs raisons:
1/ la facilité de création du compte utilisateur
2/ la bonne communication et le suivi des différentes étapes de transport du colis
3/ les différents types de transporteurs proposés et le choix qui m'est laissé
4/ la rapidité de la prestation
Enfin, mon colis était fragile (bouteilles en verre) et est arrivé intact jusqu'à ma porte!
Je recommande sans hésitation et ne manquerait pas d'utiliser de nouveau Forward2me pour une commande en Angleterre.
