I used forward2me to buy a sake set online which an online shop only delivered to UK.I purchased the item typing as shipping address the UK address forward2me provided me, and in 2 days it was at my forward2me inbox.That was the day 23 and I chose a forward fee that shipped in one day, I did this the 23 afternoon and the morning on the 24 it arrived home, on time for Christmas.So I am very satisfied and I would recommend this service.

Living in Cyprus we have a problem purchasing a lot of items at reasonable prices and are turning more and more to internet selling sites. This was our first time in using forward2me to deliver our goods and there were no problems with the service but the cost of delivering a lightweight purchase of 49.99 for 32.15 was, to us, prohibitive. We would use forward2me again but would probably try to have several items dealt with together as perhaps this would work out cheaper. It would be good if a scale of charges were available perhaps based on size or weight. At the moment it appears that the delivery charge is only available for payment immediately before despatch.

Delivery was in time, however courier cost is still high for simple thinks. DHL was used at this time but DHL in the market has some additional options without tracking with lower price. This is something that should be checked from forward2me.

Definisco il tutto con una sola parola. PERFETTO! Il 22 dicembre intorno le 17, arriva a loro il mio pacco (un paio di Nike). Mi arriva la mail in cui mi comunicano che è stato consegnato a loro e mi chiedono di indicare il valore. Fatto ciò, inserisco il mio indirizzo e scelgo DHL 1 day business (40 sterline circa) il 23 dicembre alle 16:49 il corriere mi consegna il pacco!

After explicitly asking for my forward address to be updated the parcel was forwarded to my old home address. Now it is ONE HELL OF A MISSION to have the parcel redirected, I had to spend money calling DHL, I had to fill in forms, send proof of identification, the list goes on and on, the package has now been delayed.

Excellent service. The whole process was totally stress-free and required next to no work on my end. I logged on to the site only twice from the initial sign-up to the end of the process. The shipping to Australia was very fast and the item arrived on a Friday, when it wasn't expected to be delivered until the following Monday. Highly recommended.

The team at Forward2me answer questions quickly, are very helpful and you feel that they do anything so that your parcels will be repacked as you wish and shipped fast. Several shipping options. My parcel arrived to my house in 3 days as promised. Very good repacking! If you have forwarding needs then you have found someone you can rely on. I will be using them regularly from now on.

This is the first time I had to use a forwarding service. Read some reviews and some were reporting hidden fees at check out. Glad to say, the calculator showed pretty much what I had to pay.
It took less than 2 hours from the parcel was delivered to the warehouse to the moment DHL picked it up, fair play!
The only point I wasn't quite happy with is that non of the shipping methods were supplying the insurance to the place of the destination, so I had to take a risk. Glad it all worked out well.

Forward2me sent this promptly and UPS got the parcel from UK to Cyprus in 33 hours. It then took 76 hours to travel 45kms from Larnaca to my home in Cyprus. I think UPS Cyprus could do better

Being in a country so far away, it is difficult to purchase items without the hefty postage costs involved. Having the central location where all purchases can be sent and stored for you is amazing! I have missed out on so many great deals as not all sellers sent abroad. I was recommended by someone else who used your service and true to word it has been amazing!

Forward2me is a great option if you are struggling to find the perfect gift. I was unable to find in the U.S., the perfect ugly Christmas sweater for my oversize best friend. Then I found it!...in the UK. and no international shipping...DOH! Lucky for me I also discovered forward2me. Their services enabled me to have delivered the gift that I couldn't find anywhere else, the perfect ugly Christmas sweater for my 4X amigo. In addition to having forward2me set up a UK address where my order could be delivered, then forwarded to my home address in the United States, I also took advantage of the forward2me personal shopper service. It was very helpful, and possibly necessary, to have forward2me place my order with the seller. As for the cost of the requested services, some might say it was a little pricey. But the price was fair. With the help of the forward2me website, I was able to estimate what the final cost would be before I ordered, and my estimate was not far off at all. This was a gift, a special item, so I didn't mind the additional cost. Thanks forward2me. One minor point that I wonder about. I don't believe that I ever received any notification that my package had arrived at my forward2me address. I happened to check my f2m account a few days later and noticed that the package had arrived and awaited my shipping preference and payment before being shipped to the U.S. It is possible that the email notification ended up going into a spam folder, or perhaps I deleted it by accident. Either way, no harm. I was pleased with the service and shipping time.
