Ho ordinato due articoli da Amazon.co.uk il 4 gennaio nel tardo pomeriggio. Gli articoli sono arrivati a Forward2me il 6 e sono stata immediatamente contattata per e-mail per essere avvisata. Una volta selezionata l'opzione di spedizione e completato il pagamento i due pacchi sono ripartiti nel giro di mezz'ora. La merce mi è arrivata in Italia l'11 gennaio. Perfetto.

There are 2 Significant issues
(1) Forward2me are good at just forwarding packages, when they pack and send, the packages are not looked after proper and often just either shoved into a different box with no care or just forwarded in initial bag. Especially for the amount of money they charge with shipping they should take a bit more care.
(2) The Personal Shopper experience is near hopeless, the only benefit being able to use Forward2Me's UK credit card, apart from that, all requests go unserviced, if they are asked to ring around a few retailers, if the item isn't online, then they take no proactive notice to repeat clients like us. We would shop a lot more through Forward2Me if only they do a half decent job at the Personal Shopping Experience.
And Please! Take care with the packages you send, we still a lot of premium prices for it and putting it in a a half decent box or packaging the item well based on what you see on incoming invoice doesn't hurt!

I'd like to respond to each of your points.<br/>1) We do try our very best to make sure that goods are handled carefully and protected for international shipping and on many occasions we do repackage goods if the original packaging is not suitable. I'm sorry if one of your packages was not received in good condition. If this happens again please contact our customer services team and they can follow up with our parcel processing team and the courier to understand what has happened.<br/>2) I can see that we've had to cancel some of your personal shops as the goods were out of stock. I do know that we did look at other sites trying to locate the goods that you wanted but unfortunately to no avail. I apologise if this was not communicated to you, but when goods are out of stock it generally means they are in demand and no matter where you look they are not available. We have hundreds of personal shop requests each week and most are serviced in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction. I understand you are upset but to say that our personal shop service is near hopeless is an unfair statement.<br/>To conclude I am sorry if you felt the service has not met your expectations. Really fast and good service. How ever an£8 fee for re-packing is to much. And £25 for getting it to Denmark?? Dont think I will use this service again it is cheaper to buy a plane ticket and do the shopping myself

Successfully received my package. Still, there are some things that could be imporoved.
Shipping rates to Switzerland could be a little lower. E.g. Shipito charges less, an that's for shipping from US. Also, it is unclear why there is a £20 upper limit on customs value for the budget shipping method.

Without this site I could not have bought what I wanted!!! Its worth the money to get what you want, they don't have control of your countries customs so be aware it'll be a bit pricey to order things over seas. I would advise buy a bunch of things to make the customs charge worth it. But regardless :) it was worth it! Thank you forward2me!!!

The ship request took some time to be generated. Had to manually send a request after I realised the product had not reached me. The cost for the shipment was also expensive considering the package size of the item.

Jeg brugte Forward2me i forbindelse med en Engelsk Netshop som desværre ikke sendte til udlandet eller accepterede udenlandske kort.
Jeg betalte ca 500kr for en vare under 1kg, 250 for Personalshopper hvor firmaet handler varen for en (for at komme udenom spærringen på udenlandske kort) samt 250 for leverancen med DHL.
Forward2me reagerede lynhurtigt på min bestilling. Samme dag som jeg gav ordren, sendte de en opkrævning, jeg betalte den få øjeblikke efter, hvorefter de med det samme bestilte varen. Varen ankom til deres varelager næste dag, jeg blev spurgt om hvordan jeg ville have den sendt, DHL eller andet fragtfirma - jeg følte mig mest tryg ved DHL, de sendte kort herefter en anmodning på fragtbeløbet som jeg betalte og varen blev sendt samme dag. På grund af julehelligdage, var pakken hos fragtfirmaet et par dage, men blev fragtet lige herefter og ankom til København dagen efter - hvor jeg havde henvist til at hente den i Swipbox nær min bolig.

Without this service it would be much harder to buy Mercedes e280 parts from the UK. It is immediate. Although the postage is large - it is still preferable to paying for the part in Australia and having to wait 1 month for it to be shipped from Germany. The part could be found here and the charge was over $200. The part cost Pound22 and cost Pound23 to ship = $A112.

I have been using Foward2me for over a year now on a regular basis and they are top of their game. Every parcel is packaged well and despatched quickly and efficiently and they always answer support emails within 24 hours. I cannot fault them. On this occasion DHL held my parcel for 2 days before xmas which was a pain but not the fault of F2M. Thanks GUYS!!!

Package received at their warehouse on 12/22. I was able to pay the necessary shipping fees almost by end of business day but they were still able to ship it the same day. It's quite expensive but reasonable as their service is quick and efficient. I was expecting the package to arrive in Singapore by the 28th due to the holidays and all but was really amazed that it arrived mid-day of 24th, that's less than 48 hours delivery time and just in time for Christmas! Will surely use this again or recommend it to friends.
