forward2me bought a watch on my behalf. Because their website is easy to use, it was very easy to place the order. Prior to making the order, I had made an email inquiry and the response from customer services was prompt and helpful.

Got a pair of speakers online and had to find a reliable forwarder to ship them to Singapore without breaking he bank. Read about forward2me online, which prompted me to contact them via FB with prompt response. Thus I decided to go with them. From UK to Singapore, there was minimal intervention required from me except during the last part where I need to pay the taxes to clear my speakers from the customs. Speakers received in good order.

Not impressed.
I asked why I could only see private Couriers rather than Royal Mail, and the answer was "I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to see the budget untracked service on your account which is sent via a postal service".
This is a slimy answer which avoids the question: eg I still don't know if Royal Mail is available.

If you select the budget untracked service your goods will be sent by postal service on the UK leg which will most often be Royal Mail and in the destination country will most often be the national postal service. I really wanted a special set of curtains from the UK, but how to get them? I stumbled upon forward2me and could not believe how simple it was to have them coordinate my purchase. The only delay was how long it took for the curtain company to ship to forward2me. After forward2me received my curtains, the process zoomed. I love the tracking detail. Again...so simple...so efficient.

Everything work smoothly and I knew what's the status of the shipment all the time. Recommended if this kind of service is needed. If I remember correctly, taxes were added to the shipping price (full price was shown in the confirmation phase). I'm used to see full prices (ie. taxes included) in my own country all the time.

This is my second time using forward2me within a year to have footwear shipped to the States. Their customer service is outstanding. As always, they will promptly notify me when my shipment reaches them. Once paid, it seems like they hand it off to Superman and ding dong, door bell rings & there's my package. My invoice from the shop I ordered from in the UK wasn't in the package this time. Maybe the shop left it out or it got tossed at customs somewhere. Not a problem though. Hats off to foward2me for always doing an impeccable job. If they ever sell off their business, I hope the buyers are just as prompt. Thanks f2m and feefo, too.

They really overcharged me for shipping. I only purchased a phone cover and I cost $60 to get it shipped??? Absolutely ripped off.

My experience with forward2me has been first rate. I was a little wary about shopping this way but I needn't have had any concerns. My queries were answered in a timely, friendly and professional manner, I saved some money by having my items repacked and updates were sent throughout the process. My items arrived at my door in Australia well packed - and quickly. If you really want something you can't buy in your home country, the service is definitely worth it.
