The package I bought online and sent to Forward2Me was returned to sender even though I entered the exact address I was provided with. I ended up having to get it resent using this format, which I figured out myself, as customer support didn't have any suggestions:

(The provided address uses '12345 York House' as the second line, which seemed to be the issue.)
I understand that this is kinda the Post Office's fault, but it seems like a very basic issue that should be ironed out with the local post office. Once Forward2Me actually received and reshipped the package I had it within 48 hours, so no complaints about that.

Once item has arrived at their warehouse, it is updated promptly. After payment was made to them, shipping was within that day and arrived at my doorstep within 2 days. Efficient and safe to put them as a third party shipping company.

I'm so happy with this purchase. I got a 4ct tennis bracelet and it's really beautiful. Johnathan and Tom were in close contact via email and phone throughout the buying process. the bracelet is really high quality, well made and very sparkly. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy a bracelet buy it at diamond bracelets.

I wish every company that I worked with was as simple and easy to use as forward 2 me. I have shipped numerous boxes of amazon customer returned inventory back to me and never had a mistake yet.
Its effortless to get multiple packages back from the UK to the USA every shipment. All boxed and bundled together. The consolidation fees and the shipping fees are more than reasonable even with a hazmat charge on there because of the cell phone batteries. Just a single hazmat fee is needed for the whole shipment.
My emails get replied to in a matter of hours with someone on the other end who has a brain and knows whats going on and who has the power to fix whatever problem I have.
I will keep using them for years and years.

Once again an excellent service. Forward2me are quick to respond and quick to action requests. I am a frequent customer and they have never let me down. On this occasion the item was with me in 3 working days as promised. The item was fragile and arrived in good condition. I am very happy.

Everything was delivered on time and in great condition. One of the items was described as a scarf rather than a pack of cards so just need to be careful just in case there needed to be a follow up on a missing item or for any other reason concerning customs. Other than that, I have used F2M in the past and will continue to use them ongoing. Thanks again.

First time I have used this service and it will not be the last. Posted on Tuesday arrived at my door in Cyprus on Wednesday. Price was excellent and was actually cheaper than the service I used to use, and I had to drop off the items with that one.

I went for an early Sainsbury delivery slot (08.00-09.00) to try and make sure the goods were forwarded on the same day (had some time-sensitive foodstuffs), but it was late afternoon before I got the email requesting payment, by which time I was out and couldn't pay until I got back home. The result was that the goods weren't despatched until the next day.
This is the second time I've had this problem.
If you're now too busy to turn the goods around as quickly as you used to, it would help to have the facility to pre-pay a payment on account, with a standing instruction to ship by (say) DPD Classic, as is always the case for me.
