This company has great customer service and they get your package to you as soon as possible it may be a little pricey but if that's what it takes to get something you really want I'm down with it.

They have reasonable prices and very quick forwarding of packages from vendors who either can't or won't ship to the USA. I'd recommend this service to anyone who could use a UK mailing address.

strongly recommend to have more shipping options even within the same courier. for Example, UPS has 3 levels of shipping and only one of them is allowed.

Many thanks for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that your items have been damaged in transit. Typically we identify items on reception to see if they need additional packaging and either it's done whilst the package is being booked into the customer’s account or we notify the customer that work is required and it's done afterwards. It would appear on this occasion that we have not followed our procedures correctly and for that I apologize. I would very much like to make amends for this oversight so if you can please contact me at info@forward2me.com and if possible send me photographs of the damage I can both share this with the team as a lessons learnt and also look to see how you can be suitably compensated.

Both lights were broken at the edges. I had to super glue the pieces back into place. No bubble wrap or extra padding for shipping fragile items was added. I would think that this addition would be necessary especially on international shipping

It was an amazing experience dealing with forward2me.com. Until the parcel was with suppliers courier, I was doubtful whether I will receive it or not; but as soon as the parcel was with forward2me, I felt it was at home.
Amazing customer support. As it was my first time dealing with them, I queried them every now & then and they satisfied every single of my query (pre/post and during service) without any hesitation. Thank you Liga.
I was expecting to be charged a lot for such a wonderful service, but to my surprise the charges were really very reasonable.
