A bit hesitant to try a service like this but their process is awesome and extremely easy! Ordered a UK exclusive pair of yeezys and had them shipped DHL where they arrived to my home in 2 days! Highly recommend

Excellent service. Holly at the reception was incredibly helpful and advised me how to complete the various Invoice valuations. Items were received in mint condition and Forward2Me strengthened the courier box. Highly recommended! A+++++++ VERY fast shipping! Parcel left the UK on Wednesday and I received it in Australia Friday morning!!!!

I was apprehensive at first because it seemed too easy and straightforward. I received my package within days of payment. I'd also ordered something from another retailer around the same time who offered shipping to the US, it arrived 2 weeks after my forward2me package. I think they're awesome!

I have had excellent communication for my first time using this service. As I am buying for a company, the communication is extremely important due to I have to keep my customers updated with any issues. Working with another freight forwarder that would not communicate with me was horrible and I was ready to stop buying for my customer as it just took to much time and to long to get answers. Keep up the good work!

The service it self is excellent, flows automatically and ships promptly, but here is the problem.
The cost. DHL is expensive when all you are shipping is a box of shoes or a small package from Marks and Spencer with Socks and such.
I would rather use the Postal Service but they will only offer for items with value under GBP 20...and more often then not the value is slightly higher.
DHL is good but aside from them all the other choices are far more expensive.
I ended up having to pay customs for shoes when honestly has they shipped by Post this would have been avoided.

I've used Forward2Me multiple times already and have never had any issues whatsoever. My packages have always been delivered quickly (most of the times ahead of the stated delivery date) and have always been well packaged. As well as this their customer service has always been helpful and quick to respond whenever I have needed their help. I trust them with my items which is the most important for me when dealing with any package forwarding service.

My experience with forward2me was satisfactory except for one thing. My shipment was delayed by at least 3 days after arriving in Australia, before being forwarded to my deliver address.
DHL customer service explained to me, over the phone, that because I am using an 'Australia Post Parcel Locker' for my delivery address, the shipment was put into a very indirect route, extending delivery time far beyond neccasary.
This is obviously an issue with DHL's system, however still frustrating when paying top dollar for a premium service.
I encourage forward2me to do everything it can to prevent this issue in the future. I give full consent to be contacted if useful.

The service is great overall. I used forward2me to order items on eBay in the UK and have them shipped to me in the United States. That allows me a lot of flexibility in doing things like combining orders to reduce shipping costs, and paying for faster or slower shipping based on when I want the items.
Items shipped to the forward2me address are stored for free for up to 30 days, and the packages can be combined for shipment for free. It costs extra to have the items themselves be repackaged to reduce the weight. The interface tells you if repacking the items will save you any money.
I had a few shipments and used DHL Express. It was both cheap and fast.
The only real complaint I have is that the packaging isn't the best. They reuse boxes which means that by the time it gets to you it is starting to fall apart, and they don't really use enough packing material.

Le service proposé est vraiment bon, notamment en ce qui concerne le délai de livraison et les frais pour le budget économique. Malheureusement, pour les colis d'une certaine valeur, un certain poids ou des dimensions relativement élevées, le prix des autres possibilités de livraison est trop élevé.
J'aurais préféré que vous laissiez le choix au client de choisir le moyen de livraison quelque soit les caractéristiques de son colis à ses propres risques et périls car, à mon avis, les frais de livraison ne doivent pas dépasser 20% de la valeur du colis. Parfois je paie plus pour la livraison que ce que je paie pour la commande en question, ce qui est une grosse perte d'argent, et mon budget est assez limité.
