The first time I’ve used Forward2me was excellent. Ounce my exclusive Europe products arrived at their facility, I was quickly updated with status and felt in full control when I was ready for them to ship to me.

as a frequent monthly customer, i’m always delighted each time i’m using forward2me services. The quick consolidation of my packages, the reasonable shipping prices with almost major shipping companies makes it even easier to choose the quickest carrier to deliver my items.

El personal de atención al cliente es muy amable y responde rápidamente. Solo permiten envíos de 15 en 15 artículos, lo cual es un punto en contra, ya que en otros sortation centers permiten 50 artículos en un mismo envío.
Cobran por la consolidación del pedido, que en otras plataformas es gratuito. El coste de los envíos es razonable.

I have been with this parcel about 6 months using their regular service 4 times per months, their service is really fast.
Pros: Faster / reliable
Cons:
Cost is very high, the most expensive package fowarding i have used i have others but this one is very cost.
They say FREE CONSOLIDATiON but i always pay per consolidated package
they should create a field or button (other request ) during consolidation request like other parcel do to allow give instructions after request for this service.
They must create chat assistant.
After consolidation all available courier should appear automatically without asking for it.

Hi,Many thanks for taking the time to leave this review and we’re pleased to see you are happy with the level of service we provide.We’re sorry to hear that the cost of shipping is expensive, the prices charged include the forward2me service and the shipping fee, we do work with the couriers to keep these costs at a minimum.With regards to free consolidation, this is not a repack service, when a customer requests a multi-piece shipment we consolidate them into a single multi-piece shipment and send them to your international address. Although your packages will still arrive in their separate physical boxes this will be cheaper than sending each package in its own shipment.In your case you have been charged for the combine and repack service, the aim of this service is to reduce the size and number of packages and in turn reduce the shipping fee, unfortunately this service isn’t free and there is a £2 per package charge to cover the time and costs of providing this service.I can see you have mentioned a chat assistant. I've tried forward2me service and i can only recommend it. I've been notified in every stage of the process, the scheduling and pricing were realistic and it worked like a charm
Note: i've also tried personal shopper. i payed and the seller dind't allow a third party to buy it, so forward2me instant refund me and keep me posted about it. A real service and real good!

I was very hesitant to use a new forwarder in the beginning, but I needed a car part badly to be shipped from the UK to Uganda and found forward2me, I read a little about them, gave them a call and I got the feel of how professional they were, placed my order the same day, they received in two and shipped to me the same day, it was a bulky item, and was handled perfectly, received in Uganda after 4 days. I will sure use again.
