I'm using forward2me for about 2 years now and I always had positive experience. They send out timely notifications about anything that's happening with the package, and in general you have the feeling that you are dealing with a professional team.

pro: friendly and swift customer service
neg: expensive repacking fee! and in fact the goods are not repacked, they are just put together in 1 package(what repacking cost is there?). It is not financially interesting to have several (cheaper)purchases send here and have it shipped in 1 package. if your purchase is 2 or 3 pounds , the "repacking" exceeds the value of the actual item. interesting would be to have a fridge and a freezer unit (for instance) and pay 3 pounds repacking fee!

I thought the service was expensive for what was involved.
I had only one package and when I assessed the sending options, they were super expensive, and they were only cheaper if I opted for Forward2Me to repack/combine my ONE small parcel for 2 pounds and then the postage options were cheaper which doesn't make logical sense. I felt a bit deceived by this to be honest.

Absolutely amazing service. I frequently fall in love with UK based products that do not ship to the US. Forward2Me (F2M) makes ownership a breeze. I placed an order for an infant sleeping dock last week directly with the company using the address F2M provided. Within hours of the original tracking number showing delivered, F2M sent me an email with ship-to-US quotes. My baby's dock delivered within 2 days as promised. I would definitely use them again! While the items arrived well packed, your shipping prices are beyond unreasonable. I've ordered several items from the UK before (directly from the seller) and never experienced such high shipping rates. I most likely wouldn't use your service again unless unless I was in a real jam.
