It would have been much better to send a single email confirming that everything was being processed instead of flooding my inbox with constant notifications.

I've used them to forward a package, and to combine/repack multiple smaller orders together and both arrived in a decent amount of time and well packaged - processing time wasn't too bad either overall - don't expect same-day forwarding, but overall, very happy.

In the second use I had a problem in the final courier end and they helped me with the claim, I would highly recomend this service (I would just not use the courier I selected in my second shipment lol) Use Protect+ and repacking!

Overall, my latest experience was extremely unsatisfactory.
Having reviewed your case, the package was not flagged for repacking because it needed to be combined with another shipment. It was flagged because the original packaging was assessed by our warehouse team as unsuitable for international transit. In these circumstances, the system requires a repack request before shipping can proceed to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
We appreciate that the communication around this was not as clear or timely as it should have been, and we apologise for the confusion this caused. Your feedback has been shared with the team as we continue to improve both our response times and customer communications.

The only complaint is that there is no option for “tax payment”, the UPS company had to call me, with bad connection, to ask for email, and for payments, and for ID photo.
If there was “tax payment” option for forwardvia, then the difficulty would not exist.

USPS international services are only available for shipments originating from the USA, so this would not have been an available option for a UK export shipment. The courier options shown at checkout are based on the shipment route and services available at the time of booking.
Import duties and customs fees are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and unfortunately are outside of our control.

The tracking number provided to us was reviewed by our team and the parcel associated with it displayed a different recipient name and account number to your account. As a result, the parcel was correctly allocated to the account details shown on the package upon arrival at our facility.
Based on the information available, we believe the tracking number may have been provided incorrectly by the seller. For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to discuss another customer’s shipment details publicly.

We are currently working to secure the most suitable freight options for your shipment; however, due to limited carrier availability to the Middle East, pricing and routing options are more restricted than usual, which can impact response times.
Regarding your request to ship the item off the pallet, we have assessed this carefully. As the item was received new but without manufacturers packaging which is insufficient for international transit , we do not believe it can be safely transported without the pallet, and removing it would significantly increase the risk of damage in transit. For this reason, we are unable to proceed without palletised shipping.

In this case, one of the parcels received also required repacking for international shipping as the original packaging was not considered robust enough to safely withstand transit. After the items were repacked together, the parcel exceeded the limits allowed for the Lite option, so only courier services were available for shipment.
We understand this may not have been within your original budget, but the available shipping options are based on the final parcel dimensions, packaging requirements, and service restrictions. We appreciate you choosing our service and thank you for your understanding.

The explanation provided does not align with ATO rules or the customs documentation for my shipment. Forward2Me does not appear on the ATO’s register of GST‑registered overseas suppliers, the import declaration shows no GST was paid, and the invoice issued does not meet the requirements of an Australian tax invoice. I remain happy to resolve this privately, but the public explanation is inconsistent with the official documentation.
We’re sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the charges applied to your shipment. We would like to clarify that Forward2Me is registered with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and holds a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), which allows us to collect and remit GST in line with Australian regulations for low-value imported goods.
For shipments valued at AUD $1,000 or less, GST is correctly applied at the point of sale on both the value of the goods and the shipping cost, and is not collected again by Australian Border Force at import. This is standard under current Australian import GST rules.
The commercial invoice submitted for customs clearance is a declaration of the goods’ value for import purposes and does not separately itemise GST. GST is instead charged and itemised on the shipping invoice provided to the customer at the time of booking. Our ABN is included on the customs documentation to confirm that GST is being correctly accounted for under our Australian registration.
All applicable charges are clearly itemised on the shipping invoice provided at the time of booking.
