Great service. Definitely more expensive than what I thought. Would recommend if absolutely necessary but definitely costly. The box also came in squashed. If it was shipped in a plastic bag mailer vs. the box could have shipped at a cheaper rate & avoid that problem.

They didn't have a recipient name on the package so it was extra complicated with customs and we had to make additional payment to the customs to change the related documents.

Difficult to have requests processed in a timely manner. Restrictions regarding dual use items seem not to be really understood (ITAR vs EU regulations, scope of these regulations -> export within or out of EU, etc..), clearance is really time consuming (same requests by Forward2me staff made several times, same items cleared without problem one day, and causing problems the other one).

I'm sorry to hear that your shipment has been delayed due to an item being classed as dual use in error. It can be difficult for us to determine if an item would be classed as dual use in some circumstances however we need to always ensure that we are sure we can ship your goods legally from the UK.
I do also apologise that the process took a little time, due to the parcel being with our German warehouse it can take time to communicate with them then refer this information back to you. We are working on new communciation systems so we can get answers quicker for our customers so hopefully in the coming year communication will be speedier.
I hope you will continue to use our services going forward and the process will become smoother as we improve our systems.

The repacking/consolidation was done poorly. The hangers of the dresses drilled into the clothes during transportation. A little more common sense during repacking would be appreciated because also dresses can break during transportation this way.

The time frame you showed me before I paid and the time the package was actually delivered was not the same. Instead of 6 days it was delivered after 15. Also the package was delivered to a UK address, so the store packed it for a local delivery. Since you shipped it Internationally, and based on the tracking, in 15 days it moved between 5 countries, the package didn’t arrive in good condition. Maybe you should offer (even with extra cost) a service of rewarping the package to sastain international delivery
