The repack and combine option is very costly. I had many very small packs but the combine and repack option was more expensive than to send one by one. But all the contents could fit in a small box and the cost would be lower. I think you should improve on this subject. It is the second time this happens to me.

I'm sorry that you feel that the cost of combine and repack is too expensive however we do feel that this fee is competitve for the work involved with combine and repack.
When we receive a request for a number of parcels from one customer, it does take time to locate the parcels within the warehouse and repack them so they are safe and secure for international transit. We also need to take into account the repacking materials used and any new shipping box required.
The combine and repack can also save on overall shipping costs if we are able to reduce the overall volume of the goods. We do always recommend combine and repack versus shipping in individual packages. When shipping in individual original packaging you do run the risk of the goods being damaged in transit if this packaging is insufficient and the goods can also be split up in transit causing issues with customs clearance.

Delivery Rates are just too high and customs can not be properly handled (deducting local VAT to make purchases in the UK affordable whilst using a forwarder). I guess for anyone within the EU the use of a forwarder is now even more unattractive .

I requested to cancel my shipment so that I can wait for 2nd parcel to combine shipping. It was never cancelled and I had to pay extra for 2nd parcel. Not good practice for customers.

Great service as usual but post Brexit import duties will unfortunately mean I will be using the service much less !

The price could be a bit better, plus the service from Germany was slower than expected. I had two shipments at about the same time, one from UK and one from Germany, but although the UK one arrived at the forward2me warehouse later, it managed to "overtake" the Germany one and get delivered to Singapore a day or two earlier!

The service was fantastic. No stress in forwarding the item I bought from Ebay. Just needed the proof of purchase which has the price of the item and choose which carrier you prefer in this case it was DHL. And it is immediately shipped to Australia. I find it quite poor for this parcel because I was not given a heads up. I love f2m until they started to hold this shipment for quite long. I might try another parcel forwarder if it keeps going on like this
Hi,Many thanks for your feedback.We do understand that procedures for exporting from the UK and importing to the UK have changed since 1st January 2021, due to a deal being made very late in the day information is yet unclear and everyone including the couriers have faced delays dealing with shipments going from the UK. The new Brexit process is causing major back logs and delays, for many of our customers, with both exports and imports, at local customs, from and into UK with all courier services due to the additional checks and documentation that is now required.We are hoping in coming weeks the situation will become clearer.We value your business and hope you will continue to work with forward2me.We wish you all the very best for 2021 and hope to receive your continued support. Hi Edward,Thanks for your feedback.We are sorry to hear you have been unsatisfied with the service offered to you.I can see that you had submitted 2 requests to ask us to assist you with adding additional packages or removing goods to/from your optimized packages after your repack had already been completed.Any requests to add or remove items from your packages should be put through to us, via email, before you process your request for repack from your account. This type of request would require a manual alert adding on your account, for the relevant warehouse team, so they are aware of your instructions before they receive your repack request from your account. Once a repack is completed it cannot be undone as this then classes the new package as damaged. If you require all magazines disposing and only retain the trading cards we can certainly accommodate this but we would need to ensure a pre alert is applied to your account so the relevant warehouse team are aware of your instructions prior to submitting repack.If you wish to proceed with our suggestion please do send us an email to let us know and we will have these additional instructions applied to your account as soon as possible.We hope this response is acceptable, that you will reconsider your current rating and you will continue using our services in the futureI hope this helps you further and please do let me know if you have any more questions or concerns in the meantime.Kind RegardsHayley

Quick service and rapid response from CS. However shipping is not cheap. The worst is that with Brexit import taxes are exorbitant (you also pay tax on the DHL fee). I am afraid it was a one off for me, because of Brexit mostly.

The personal shopping and forwarding rates were reasonable. I originally wanted items that were listed in Euros, so unfortunately this service couldn't buy them. However, Aimee was able to find the exact items from another UK based site so I was able to have them purchased and forwarded. Shipping once forward2me was really quick.
The only issue I had was that my address was formatted incorrectly with DHL. It was listed as [#### Street Name / Apt ### / City / Apt ### / Zip Code / City] whereas it should have be listed as [#### Street Name / Apt ### / Zip Code / City] based on DHL's specifications). Delivery ended up failing on DHL's first try (IMO they should have been able to "read between the lines", since information was duplicated, not missing) but I got an email from DHL to update my address and the package was delivered successfully the next day.
Overall I was very happy that I was able to purchase unique gifts that aren't available in the US.
